My Biggest Dream: Why I Want to Be a Pediatrician

I want to be a pediatrician I want to be this because when I was 6 years old at home I became sick. I learned from this experience what I wanted to become in life and why I wanted to become this. I feel that kids and babies are really special and they often get sick so I want to be able to help them get well this is why I want to be a pediatrician.

When I was six years old I was at home and I became sick. I had a fever, I was coughing, and I even had a sore throat and runny nose. My mom took me to the doctor to see what was wrong with me and they said I had a cold so they gave me some medicine to help me feel better. After I got a little older around the age of ten I started to think of what I wanted to be in life. I decided that I wanted to help kids and babies feel better just like my doctor made me feel better when I was sick so I decided I wanted to be a pediatrician.

I talked to a lot of people while making the big decision of what I wanted to become in life I talked to my aunt, my uncle, my mom, my dad, and my brothers. This decision also included a thought process my thought process included me experiencing a sickness in my childhood that made me realize I wanted to help kids and babies feel better it also included me talking to people about my decision to make sure this was really what I wanted to be it included me paying attention to doctors when I go to the doctor office to see how much work is involved lastly it included me making my final decision I now know what I want to be life I want to be a pediatrician.

I love kids and babies and it breaks my heart to see them not feeling well so I will be honored to be a pediatrician so I will be able to help them feel better because they are precious and they deserve the best treatment possible.
