Henry Ford was an American captain of industry and magnate. He was the founder of the Ford Motor Company and the sponsor of the development of the technique of the mass production. Henry Ford was born on July 30th, 1863, in Greenfield Township, Michigan. He developed the first automobile that much middle class American can afford.

The idea of introducing Ford to him was only to provide easiest and most comfortable way of transportation to middle-class Americans. His commitment to manufacture and maintain low-cost automobiles resulted in many business innovations such as dealership system. The first Model T transformed the American automobile industry. As the owner of Ford Motor Company, he became one of the richest and best-known people in the world. He was very kind and down to earth man. His vast amount of wealth goes to Ford Foundation which is control by his family. The journey of a middle-class boy from the farm to the world richest and best-known people set an example for the young generation to follow. He was also known as a peacemaker due to his effort and peacemaking promotions in World War I.

During World War I, he promotes the many contents that are prejudiced against Jews through his newspaper “The Dearborn Independent” and the book “The International Jew”. Henry Ford was a successful business leader due to his leadership skills such as he valued the human capital, equality, and emotionally intelligent. In this biography, I will explain the leadership skills that enabled him to change the workplace culture and practices. Globalization: Globalization is the worldwide interdependence of resource flows, product markets, and business corporation. In the late 1700s, the idea of globalization was to keep the business inside the country.

Henry Ford introduced the Model T and also introduce the new idea of globalization. He started different manufacturing plants in other countries and sold cars there. He explained his business overseas such as England, Germany, and Denmark. Henry Ford explored the new perspective of business by creating branches and plants across borders. He expands his business in emerging economies that shows the importance of globalization to him. In 1908, the model T revealed and become the world most popular car due to its lower price and comfortability. Henry Ford promotes the globalization by introducing model T to the world. The model T was cheap because of the assembly line that decreased the time to make a car. The saved money was used to expand the business in other countries which promote the globalization.

To promote the globalization Henry Ford makes some changes in his company, he doubled the wage to motivate the employees. This step was taken by Henry Ford to make workplace healthy and strong. The factors that promote the globalization are a high-quality product, strong workplace, and safe environment.
