She took initiative to make time and effort for study and also for friends. She was then given a task to visualize the same fun in her life that she was experiencing before she met that guy and fell in love with him. Daily focus on her new happy life gave her energy to actually step up for the new challenges of life.
Second case is about Molly who was 32, married and a mother of two children. She had daughters who are healthy and happy but she recently lost her one-month-old son due to complications and prematurity. She fell into postpartum depression. She also felt some anxiety and sometimes become delusional that someone has snatched her son from her and her family didn’t do anything. Her health was distressing her kids and husband. She is becoming badly ill day by day. In a therapeutic session, her condition was assessed and for couple of months till she remained admitted in the ward of the hospital. She was given visualizing scenarios that involve her son that she had lost. She re-experienced how she was pregnant, gave birth and then got separated from him. All this process was traumatic and painful but released her from the depression. After her discharge, she followed up and manifests giving birth to another son. That hard work she did made her becoming sexually active, responsive, improved her relationship with her family and leads her to fertility and pregnancy with a new son. This shows how the journey becomes easy using the process of materialization of thoughts. Even it is hard for him to oppose what his family thinks about him, he sometimes hides what he wants. Learning and practicing either way as a male or female was good in the case. He was asked what he wants to think like. His parent’s wants him to think like a male as his body demands but his mind was convinced that he should be a female. By mutual decision, he was convinced to pay attention to feel what his body is made for. He found it hard to think like male and visualize that he will act like a man very soon. Gradually he progressed and stopped acting like a female even his desire to be a female was lessened as well.
There are different mental health issues and daily life problems that are solved with the use of this practice that becomes easy for people in distress after few attempts.
