So we’ve all noticed that babe who seems to maintain a natural, youthful glow and appearance so effortlessly and consistently. We’ve all desired to be like that babe and age just as easily and gracefully over time. Looking good as we age has to do with more than wearing makeup, staying out of the sun, or spending lots of $$$ on cosmetic surgery – setting up healthy habits to relieve stress and recharge yourself is what leads to the ultimate vitality. Here are 4 easy ways to look better longer – naturally and inexpensively. Practice these daily habits and before you know it, you’ll be the babe turning heads for the rest of your life.


What you put in your beautiful bod is as important as what you put on it. We know it’s hard to say no sometimes to anything fast, fried, or frosted with sugar, but increasing the habit of eating healthy, whole foods, and decreasing processed and inflammatory things like sugary, salty treats will give you a major bonus in the looking-young-forever department – no skipping this one, babes. Drinking fresh veggie and fruit juices will juice up your skin as well as keep you healthier overall. Luckily this is now easier than ever, with fresh juice bars being almost as popular as coffee bars…although you know much we love our coffee!


We’re definitely in favor of self-care, but radiating passion is an effective habit to cultivate every day to look amazing as you age. Think about those gorgeous ladies and gents who seem to have an inner/outer glow – hot, right? These babes are probably giving their full attention to the important things in life, like finding purpose with things they love to do, caring about their favorite people, or investing time in causes they believe in supporting. To keep looking and feeling younger, spend time daily doing at least one thing that brings joy to yourself or others. Need an idea? Start spreading the love with the gift of a scrub.


Want to have the body of an Olympic athlete and the energy of an 18 year old forever? Ok, maybe that sounds a little unrealistic and kind of exhausting, but people who look better longer are movers and shakers. Establish a rhythm between improving your flexibility, strength, and cardio to keep yourself tight, toned, and tearin’ up the dance floor no matter what your age. Daily workouts are great, but easy tiger no need to overdo it – balance is best. Depending on what works for you, try for around 40-minutes of fitness per day (with one or two days off a week). The more you do it the easier it becomes, and the better energy you’ll have.


So we know we just told you to get your fitness on…and we mean it, but to keep looking stunning, giving yourself downtime to rest and relax will also make all the difference. People who always look radiant and age well know to make it a habit to get around 8 hours of uninterrupted beauty sleep a night. It’s ok if you’re more of a night owl…we know a busy babe like you likes to keep your social status up and running as long as possible. To balance out your life, at least schedule in more cat naps, calming yoga moves, or best of all…bath time with your favorite scrub buddy.
