Bill Gates is an entrepreneur and a businessman, born on October 28, 1955. He is the well-known for building Microsoft. One of the characteristics an entrepreneur should have is being creative in the mind. This man can recognize if someone has potential in a person. Therefore, his whole team consists of the best programmers and the best brains. He has set his priorities straight and he achieved his goal which is success. This is something any businessman should have which is a goal. His other trait is Pragmatism, which means he keeps on working and sees resting as a weakness. Although, rest is something what everyone needs, they should still be hard workers.

Right now, he is focusing on doing charity work which is one of his Christian traits which is generosity. Another characteristics that he has is that he supports the human welfare by giving his earnings to people who need it. This shows him as someone who is not greedy and is satisfied with his life that many rich men do not have. Bill Gates knows he is successful and does not need more than what he has right now.

His and Allen’s company wasn’t that successful at first because of piracy. A lot of people copied MS-Basic and the company’s income dropped a lot. Bill Gates dropped out of college for he could not manage a business while studying at the same time. Their business grew and several years passed. Afterwards, their business became a corporation. Microsoft soon dominated to industry. When they released Windows 7 for laptops, laptops outsold desktops. Now, he is one of the most successful businessman in the world. He has inspired and is respected by different people all over the world. He was awarded with the 2010 Bower Award for Business Leadership by the Franklin Institute Gates for his accomplishments. Being an entrepreneur isn’t easy because it involves creativity, innovations and the mind and that is the exact definition of Bill Gates.
