And in Math-related subjects, these techniques or styles are now being applied to help a student perform better. Learning systems are different approaches or methods of learning. It is seen as “the manner in which individuals start to focus on process, internalize, and retain new and difficult information.” What’s more, it is additionally considered as the real impact on the accomplishment of instruction among students and instructors. As indicated by Reddy (2005), accomplishment in Mathematics is a central marker of the performance of an educational system of any nation. In addition, it is a key subject for nations with rising economies, since Mathematics empowers students to enlist for careers in the fields of building, the regular sciences, accountancy, and numerous others critical to help monetary improvement (Makgato and Miji, 2006). The researcher would like to know the demographic profile of the students in terms of their age, grade, and year level. It is also suggested to know if the teacher’s style of teaching possess a great influence in improving their level of academic performance. It is also advised to search through if their learning environment would also affect their performance. What formal and informal opportunities do arithmetic instructors have for continuous advancement of their insight and aptitudes? How are assets for mathematics instruction, including all around arranged instructors and course contributions, appropriated among schools in various kinds of networks and diverse financial levels? The objective of the research is to recommend or implement the most effective learning technique in order to help students who are facing this daily crisis of dealing with Mathematics. The researcher’s hypothesis is that different learning techniques don’t necessarily have a significant effect in improving the academic performance of students.

To obtain the results needed for this study, the researchers would first gather their respondents which would come from grades 11 and 12 students of the STEM strand. They would first be given some diagnostic test which will determine first-hand results. They will then be exposed to different learning techniques provided by the researchers and demonstrate it to them. At the end, the chosen respondents would then go through their final testing to see if such learning techniques have a significant effect on their academic performance.
