Pakistan inherits multiple problems on many fronts when Imran Khan assumes the Power. Of the many, he is cognizant and has devised emergency plans to counter them in earnest to drive-out Pakistan from the tornado of enigmas. Likewise, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Imran Khan has heralded 100 days drive, as the latter's first faction of change. In the 100 days agenda, he has promised to transform governance, strengthen the federation, relative economic growth, uplift of agriculture, revolutionize social services, and to ensure Pakistan's National security. To straighten out the police, Imran Khan has set up a committee, and to circumvent economic issues, he has opted the team of best economists. His speeches after assuming the power, convey the messages to Ministers, Parliamentarians, and Bureaucrats to adopt austerity. However, another challenge in Pakistan that beckons Imran Khan and has the same appeal to be taken care of like corruption, economic fiasco, inflation which is about deprivation of women on social fronts. Depressed, demoralized, degraded and deprived of several rights in many sections of the nation, the delicate gender seeks Messiah who can mitigate their sufferings.

'Why Violent Video Games Shouldn't Be Banned'?

In the male dominant pastoral areas, a girl since birth concedes her fate in the hands of her heirs. Her parents or beneficiaries dictates her fate, from the very moment when she breathes her first. Norms are still alive in the rural areas, and in the cities as well that the moment she born, her relatives engage her for marriage. In her toddler phase, she came to know that she is engaged to marry. A lass of age mere five years despite getting awareness of education, despite playing with dolls, becomes cognizant of her soul mate. The tender age at which a girl is oblivious to the pros and cons of the life receives lectures from her heirs that how she needs to behave with her in-laws and fiancé. Such sort of trends impedes the mental efficiency of a girl from the very start of her life since she rears the notion that her life was supposed to dictate by others.

In patriarch society, heirs of frail creatures, not only decide her fate, but also they become her executioners if the girl dares to be dominant in the realm of education, modernism, or adopt any profession to earn her means. Her heirs deem her abilities, her quest for knowledge, her social interaction with other girls, challenges to their honor. If a girl in the patriarchal society rears desire to seek education, her heirs dissuade her from getting the education, by claiming that a girl is not supposed to get out of the threshold of the house, she is just meant to marry at her early age, to manage affairs of the house, to prepare provisions, and nurture the toddlers. If she doesn't abide by their rules, her heirs deem her opposition as a challenge to their honor thus they resort her to violence and sometimes she could become the victim to death.

Child marriage is yet another menace that besieges many parts of the state, particularly rural regions. According to the report, 21% of girls in Pakistan have fallen the victim of child marriage. The wedding of a young woman in her tender age brings about many issues to her spirit. Firstly, at the years of 13-17, a girl is unable to sustain all home activities; secondly, the square of the ups and piles of the marital life she finds herself tethered how to cope up issues; thirdly, giving birth to children at such immature age perils the health of the young lady as well as she can't take up her infant adequately. Child Marriage Restraint Act (CMRA) terms child marriage as the crime, which enunciates that age of a girl's marriage must be at least 18 years. However, this act seems to wimp since its implementation is not forceful.

In many societies of Pakistan to be a woman is synonymous with crime since her each act, habit, even her appearance is comparable with the objection. It is the norm in many areas of Pakistan that if the woman gives birth to a baby girl consistently, she will be cursed or condemned that she is the culprit. Even the science has clearly explained that a male or female baby birth is precisely because of a husband, the wife has nothing to do with it. Perhaps many of us have forgotten the teachings of our Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W.) that He fixed exalted rights of women. He (S.A.W.W) has emphasized the women to seek education, and it was the answer of His teachings that even after Him, people from far-off areas would come to know Hadiths from Hazrat Ayesha (R.A). During His (S.A.W.W.) time He ordered males to value women, whether she is a mother, a wife, a daughter or a sister. Islam has adorned women with the right to freedom. In Islam, it is obligatory for the parents to seek the consent of a female child, whether she is willing to splice or not with the person of their option. The Second Caliph of Islam Hazrat Umar (R.A) once elevated a woman Shaffa Bint Abdullah as supervisor of the marketplace. In the early days of Islam, women too were the active participants in the battlefields as they used to nurse wounded, carrying water for the combatant. Nusaybah bint Ka’ab is the first warrior women of Islam and in the battle of Uhud, she used to protect the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.W).

In many areas of Pakistan, people confused the teachings of Islam regarding women. Maybe they are oblivious or misunderstood that Islam has exalted women in their rights. Access to education, freedom of expression, exemption from child marriage, and to be honored are the basic rights of every woman which they seek; since they are human beings with the same emotions, feelings, dreams, and desires as possessed by men. The P.M of Pakistan as he mentioned in his maiden speech as the head of state that he wants to shape Pakistan like the state of Madina. So he must tackle this grave issue as a lynchpin factor in his reform programs. For this purpose awareness to people about the rights of women is inevitable, and the establishment of such NGO's is necessary which could instill recognition about the rights of women. Along with it, the organization of a legislative body is important, which could pass such law that can protect the rights of women. Along with the state, it is up to educated class as well that they ought to raise awareness regarding the protection of women; at least to the areas which lie at their disposal, where they can shield the daughter of Adam from the violation of her rights.
