The Ceo of SpaceX is Elon Musk . Elon Musk is firstly born in south Africa with an American roots , firstly he founded X.com in 1999 which is Paypal right now , Paypal is responsiple for transferring money all over the world and it offers very much less expenses than the bank when transferring the money outside you country , and then founded SpaceX in 2002 and Tesla Motors in 2003 .Elon Musk got rich and became millionair after selling his company Zip2 .Elon Musk mostly played rule was the decision making , Elon musk suffered the quarter life crisis in his 30’s , thus he decided to invest his money ( 180 million ) in something related to space . the first move for him was knowing some people having the same intention as him ( space enthusiasts ) which is called Mars Society , Elon Musk was the inventor and that makes sense , he had the decision in saying yes or no and where to invest his money. Elon Must played the Leadership in a Democratic way , the reason behind this was he was very new in the space industry so was obliged to hear every single man in the mars societs as he is the least experienced one in the room

As talking about a SpaceX , there are four organizational cultures SpaceX cannot go far from them ( clan , Adhocracy , Hierarchy and Market )SpaceX just mostly falled under the Clan culture organization which is based in flexibility and discretion , as mention , SpaceX firstly made only losses as they were not able to send any rocket space , not to mention that every rocket expensed millions , and they were not able to build to a zero error rocket to be sent there , and they kept trying many times until they finaly did it .

To succeed in the global economy today you have , as many companies , to rely on a geographically dispersed workforce . you have to build teams that are rainforced by functional expertise from around the world . mixed with a strong and globaly deep knowledge of the most tips and tricks of market .On the top of issues list in the perception of power . if most members are located in Germany with some from the united states and south Africa , there may be this kind of feeling that the german members have more power . this would produce a negative dynamic.Moreover is the the large majority in a group may feel resentment towards the minority of the group

The value chain is a business word which describes the full range of activities needed to creat a product or service ( which is rockets in SpaceX). For SpaceX , a company that produces goods , the value chain describes the steps that conclude bringing the materials from to conception to distribution and everything in between like marketing activities , manufacturing functions. One of the successful value chain obstacles is cultural attitude , the lack of cultural attitude ,especially trust and controlling Is a major obstacle moreover , the trust issue is a critical one from the perspective of both lack of trust and falling in barrier of too much trust , to be effective , partners in a value chain must trust each other . Secondly , the people may be an obstacle too , without their unwavering commitment and willingness . if the unflexibility of employees in what work they do , and how and with whom they work , difficult collaborations and cooperation throughout the value chain will be hard to achieve

The main purpose of control process is the process that ensures that every gear in the company or every department or part is doing its job and achieving their goals . this process helps the managers to evaluate their organization processes and let them easily decide whether to change anything or to apply plane B or to remain as they are .

Once any company knows its goal , the next step Is to measure and compare their actual performance , after applying the plan , monitoring the process is at the top of the list . this is done by measuring results in monetary terms more over to seek customer feedback in addition to appointing financial experts This can often become difficult if managers want to measure intangible standards like industrial relations,market , etc . SpaceX has introduced a level of price competition which is positive for launch market customers this cannot be done under a bad managers and leadership , it is only done under a very high intensive professional leadership .
