Here are several career design methods organized in five steps: understand, draw, solve, model and confirm.

After reviewing numerous commercial strategies, thought design, user research and psychological methods, we chose these methods. We have developed the most effective tools and we have organized them in a framework that supports reflective thinking (creative brainstorming and free form) and close thinking (linear and logical thinking).

Understand

At this stage, there are also lightning talks, organized for 10 to 15 minute sessions and giving information to specialists who deal with various aspects of business matters.
