Cooking Method:

  1. Take a medium sized deep and nonstick pan and add olive oil, let it to heat a little.
  2. Now add in chopped onion and cook it until became softened a little or about 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring for a while, so that onion is cooked evenly.
  3. When onion is transparent and cooked a little add in potatoes, minced/chopped garlic, and stir fry them for 4-5 minutes on low to medium heat.
  4. Now add spinach and stir fry it with potatoes for about 3-4 minutes or till liquid is dried out.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, mix well until salt is dissolved.
  6. Meanwhile take a medium bowl and crack eggs in it one by one.
  7. Add milk and cladder cheese, in crack eggs and whisk them with fork or whisker for about 1 minute.
  8. Now pour whisked milk, cheese, coriander, and egg mixture in pan containing potatoes and spinach and cook on low to medium heat for about 2-3 minutes covered.
  9. After 2-3 minutes now, it’s the time to reduce the flame and cook frittata for another 2-3 minutes. This step is essential so that it can cook from top as well.
  10. When frittata is completely done and you are about to serve it, cut with sharp knife in to pieces as much you like and serve in a beautiful platter.
