Certain areas of the house are cleaned often. However, some objects tend to be forgotten more easily and dirt and germs accumulate without realizing it. Eliminate bacteria, dust and grime from household objects that you are probably forgetting with these simple guidelines.

'Why Violent Video Games Shouldn't Be Banned'?

  1. Kitchen handles
  2. While you prepare dinner, you probably use your dirty hands to open the refrigerator door, some closet or drawer, even if you just handled raw meat. If you do not frequently clean the cabinets, drawers, doors and kitchen appliances, these objects will become a breeding ground for germs and bacteria. We recommend that once a week cleans with a mixture of hot water and vinegar 50%, to maintain the hygiene of your kitchen, starting with the handles.

  3. Toothbrush holder
  4. Keep your teeth clean and your toothbrush cleaner. Take this bath accessory to the dishwasher at least once a week, or sterilize it by putting it in a saucepan to boil with hot water and soap. It is also a good idea to sterilize individual toothbrushes, especially if you are in a flu season. If they are not electric, we even recommend replacing them.

  5. Computer equipment accessories
  6. Surely you do not notice all the times you've coughed, sneezed or blown your nose at your desk. Now think about the last time you cleaned the mouse and the keyboard. Exact. It's time to banish bacteria and prevent the spread of germs in your office. Separate the keyboard and mouse from your computer, then submerge a soft bristle brush in soapy water and rub gently. Check out these tips to clean a laptop.

  7. Car cup holder
  8. Did you spill some coffee during a trip? Maybe a soda? Are there crumbs of children accumulated? Use a cloth soaked in hot water and dishwasher soap to scrub the inside of your cup holder. Then use a toothpick to reach the corners and remove any remaining dirt. To dry it, use a clean cloth or towel.

  9. Handrails
  10. Keeps your balance going down and up stairs without having to pick up any pathogens with your hands? Use paper towels soaked in hot water and vinegar to scrub the rails of the house. Then dry with a polishing cloth and, finally, give the latches the same disinfection.

  11. Light switches
  12. Dirty hands always touch the switches on walls and lamps every day. And not just the children's! Disinfect them with a cloth lightly moistened with hot water and vinegar and dry them with a polishing cloth and that's it.

  13. Reusable shopping bags
  14. The reusable shopping bags are great, support a ton and offer a more environmentally friendly alternative to lightweight plastic bags. However, these bags can begin to accumulate stains, smell and become a breeding ground for bacteria and mold if they are not cleaned regularly. Wash the cloth grocery bags in your washing machine or use a cloth with disinfectant without bleach for plastic ones.

  15. Trays for ice cubes
  16. It is easy to automatically fill the ice cube trays without thinking too much. But the trays are susceptible to pick up leftover food and odors in the freezer. Each time they are empty, give your trays a full wash with hot water and dish soap. In fact, we recommend you put them on the top shelf of the dishwasher.

  17. Water bottles
  18. Before taking another sip of that glass bottle or serving in a glass, leave the bottle. Soak it for 5 or 10 minutes in soapy water. Then use a bottle brush to scrub the inside and the mouthpiece. Finally rinse well and let dry.

  19. Faucets

The faucets are the dirtiest in your home. So rub the mangoes daily with hot water and soap to wash dishes. If you want to get a shiny surface, from time to time, make a paste with baking soda and vinegar, apply it to the tap, let it sit and then rinse it. You will have satisfactory results.
