Genetic engineering was meant to improve human lives, but its necessity is questionable. For instance, those who cannot afford eugenics there are chances that employment opportunities will be limited to them. They would end up with no employment because of their fate because they were naturally born without any technological involvement (Pechan, 2011). Even after putting all of the required efforts they are still not treated the same way as the people who are known to be perfect. In that case, life is not fair for them because of their clear prejudice against them in every aspect of life. Genetic engineering as also brought the fear of the spread of the diseases that might be caused by the unhealthy body. Treatments for such diseases are also limited, especially to poor children. It is not their mistake to be born poor, and they do not deserve such kind of life. A life, which the poor struggle with diseases because they cannot afford genetically, modified form of treatment. Eugenics also predicts a world consisting of valid and invalid. Both are treated differently and are separated by a clear boundary (Roleff, 2008). The valid ones got all of the opportunities that they want. They work in a good company and at the same time have the chance to visit space. On the other hand, the invalid ones have remained to work as cleaners and slaves to the valid group.

Conclusively, genetic engineering is not safe to humanity because of the many complicated issues it has brought to the society. It is one of the primary causes of cancer and its related diseases. Genetic engineering involves the use of chemicals, and most of these chemicals are carcinogenic. In addition to being carcinogenic, genetic engineering has brought about the issue of disparity, whereby it is only the wealthy who can afford the technology.
