One of the important basic needs of the human shelter, which is livable and spacious enough a cater a family. Many in this community have been following developments involving the shelter, the downtown operation that for decades ha housed the homeless and those seeking transitional housing. The truth is that there are many challenges faced by those people who work tirelessly to find solutions for those in need of the housing in our country. For some, shelter has served that role, but the shelter was designed to provide emergency shelter, not long-term housing. In the past few years, steps have been taken to address this issue.

The need for affordable housing has long been discussed in our country. There still exists a huge problem on housing in the Philippines. Various factors affect this such as financing, lack government support and interventions, institutional subsidies, and the values and culture the Filipino illustrate. The concern for housing should grow because of the fact that the Philippines are considered to be part of the ‘typhoon belt’. More and more people would suffer in such disaster if proper housing is not addressed. I believed that money I not only the issue that involve of housing problems.

Migration of people in rural areas to urban areas is one of the reasons. Most people usually think hat they will have better life if they live in urban areas rather than rural and higher income compare to rural areas. Robust population growth was also factors when in comes to housing problem. Rapid human population growth has a lot of outcome. Population grows faster in the world’s poorest countries. A lack of needs results in physical weakness and poor housing. Safe and adequate housing is a basic human right. Like all human rights, however, housing security of the majority of our people has been difficult to achieve. Barong-Barong. Majority of poor families among the county’s poorest provinces live in shanties made of light materials. This households are poorly constructed semi-permanent or temporary houses. The rest were made of light mixed materials and heavy materials. Most of the houses were unpainted, dilapidated, or in need of repaired. Many of them are located in squatter settlement not everyone has access to running water either. For cooking, majority of homes still used wood of fuel, with only a few families using stoves. Not only does this mean more labor, but it my also be bad for the environment and one’s health Instead of allowing the poverty to persist, it is important to limit our number because in dense population too many lack of adequate food, water, shelter, education and employment.

High fertility, which has been traditionally, associated with prosperity, prestige, and security for the future, now jeopardizes chances for many to achieve health and security on the other hand, these factors can affect the growth of the population in possible way. Shelter and proper housing is also accessible to Filipino families. Proper accommodation provide lot of Filipino safety. This factor that affects the growth of the population. Safety and soundness is available to Filipino who used to not having a house or proper shelter. Providing the accommodation keeps the away from thinking and worrying about safety and danger. This increases the growth population. Rapid population growth can affect both the overall quality of life and the degree of human suffering.

May countries lack adequate supplies of the basic materials needed to support the current population. Excess and extra portion of the population with no where to put and of use because of imbalance in the ratio of birth and death of the Filipinos.
