Unlike other forms of massages like the hot stone massage etc., body to body massage is meant to apply pressure on the body of a person using different parts of the body of masseuse including hands, elbows, feet, forearms and breast if the masseuse is female. As per the name of body to body massage, a therapist uses his/her complete body to make the customer feel of sensations which arise sexual and stress relief feelings in customer’s body and it rejuvenates the whole energy in body.

There can be different reasons to get the massage by anyone which affects the selection of a particular massage method:

  1. If a person is an athlete, a sportsperson or more active person than a common person then he/she should choose one of these methods of massage like Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage etc.
  2. If a person is common man/woman then he/she should choose one of these methods like Thai Massage(yoga of lazy persons), Shiatsu Massage, Chair Massage, Swedish Massage etc.
  3. If a person has injury or cramps in the body then he/she should prefer one of these Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy etc.

The most important part to consider is why body to body massage is important for the body

  1. It keeps skin soft and supple=oil used in massage helps to maintain skin always rejuvenation and softness like a baby.
  2. It boosts blood circulation=our body has many veins and arteries to circulate the blood but excessive use of body like doing regular workout and sitting regularly in the same pose for a long time causes extra burden on muscles and blockage of blood. Massage helps to remove such blockages and make muscles relax which increase the mobility of muscles.
  3. It reduces stress levels=massage helps to change the mood by releasing serotonin hormone which makes you happy and dropping cortisol hormone which makes you stressed.
  4. It helps to improve immune system=massage increases the white blood cells count which counterfeits bacteria and virus in our body and keeps us healthy always.
  5. It aids sleep=it is obvious that if you are happy and have no stress then it will help you to get deep sleep which is very important for everyone.
  6. It promotes well-being=increasing blood circulation, massage reduces the risk of heart diseases and nerve system breakdown.
  7. It helps in spiritual growth =a professional masseuse knows the place of all chakras in the body and putting the right pressure on them, helps to flow energy through them properly.
  8. It resolves sex problems= when opposite gender masseuse touches the body then it increases the sensation in the body and increases the release of sex hormones.

The most important part is that it has no side effects at all but masseuse should be professional and experienced otherwise he/she can put unnecessary pressure on wrong places and can skip right place to press.
