Application For A Master's Program In Management

Based on the following evidence, I am an excellent candidate for admittance to The University of Melbourne.

I am currently studying Business Administration at the University of Bayreuth. During these two years of study, I have found that I am more inclined to marketing management, therefore, I plan to apply for a Master's program in management (marketing) at the University of Melbourne after I graduate.

I am especially fascinated with Marketing that allows me to manage a brand and contribute to an organization’s business strategy. This is relevant within large organizations as well as startups or new businesses. Furthermore is the program enables me to develop, implement and control integrated marketing programs, to pursue a career in marketing management and work for different companies, across various industries and countries.

In my future career goals, I would like to become a professional brand marketing manager or product marketing manager with a wide practical and theoretical base or even start my own business after successfully completing my master's degree. The master's program and the resource that offer from the university would expand and increase my knowledge in the field of marketing management also provide me a favorable competitive advantage in the labor market. Additionally, besides the core subjects, Brand Management and Product Management are further reasons for me to participate in the program. I've been especially interested in these courses but so far I didn't have the chance to study them. Therefore I am really looking forward to taking part in the program.

English is a worldwide language, and the financial system and marketing are more inseparable from the global community. Hence, I am more inclined to be in an English-speaking country than stay in Germany to proceed with my studies. And the University of Melbourne has always been my first choice, an excellent university in a country that is leisurely and relaxed. Want to experience diverse lifestyles is also one of the reasons that I choose Australia.

Marketing is close to people, and the real world. There’s space for some innovative thinking that you don’t get when it comes to other disciplines. One of the best ways for students to study is through learning from others, especially from people that come from different cultures. As an international student, I enjoy studying abroad, such as knowing friends from all over the world and feeling different cultures… I believe that integrate into the local conditions and customs and the thought from different countries enable me to broaden my horizons and think more comprehensively. This is also a way that I will be able to contribute to the Master's Program, exchanging knowledge, experiences and different perspective to others.

I'm convinced that after I finish this Master's program I'll be able to apply the invaluable experiences and practical ability that I earned from the university to my career, and hope that I have the chance to reach my dream.
