Why I Choose to Study Business Management in the UK

In the age of globalization, there is a rapid growth in global organizational concepts in particular new technologies which influences the behaviour of business and enables significant transformations hence it is crucial to have a broad and international outlook to be able to be a success in the business industry. I was inspired to pursue a career in business management from a young age, witnessing the business activities of my father. As a child, I began to absorb many ideas and concepts related to business and management. Throughout school, I often read about business tycoons in publications such as Business Week and Forbes. My decision to pursue a bachelor's degree in business management is due to the fact that I wish to start up a new company in the upcoming future, and the professional management skills I will learn at your institution will allow me to achieve this goal. I am a student by profession but an artist by passion. I like to think creatively, apply artistically, beautify processes and improve people’s lives. I solemnly believe that business is a social service and we give back to society through the business that we start up.

In this fast paced world we humans barely have enough time to prepare our own food and thereby turn towards processed food. This marks the dire need for production of organic food for the masses. I aim to start a chain of organic food company which focuses on providing the best to all income groups at a reasonable rate. Therefore in my opinion, studying business management at your prestigious institute would help me acquire the required knowledge to accomplish my objective.

I am a high school student studying in the field of Commerce at Mayo College Girls’ School, Ajmer. My studies and workshops at school has provided me with valuable knowledge and experience which will be of great use in my future management-related work, where such skills are vital to success.In addition to my experience in my school, I further developed my skills as an Intern in Human Resource Department (Labour Welfare) at Aquatech Steelcon Industry , where I worked on the daily issues of labour related to wages, health care issues and domestic issues. I also worked on their safety, environmental issues and feedback's. I then worked as an Intern in the department of Canteen Management at Shree Alloys Industry, where I was involved with hygiene and sanitation of the canteen, provision of high quality of food and made sure that the canteen works profitably. These were incredibly valuable opportunities to learn about management. These internships have provided me with invaluable experience and knowledge that cannot be learned through books and classroom studies alone.

I have always dreamed of studying at a multicultural institute where I would receive a hands on experience and work with business aspirants from all over the world. The United Kingdom boasts an excellent culture, atmosphere and highly developed commercial sector. This is why it is exciting and fascinating to acquire knowledge about business management at United Kingdom and learn from reputable professors with outstanding research facilities. In such a setting, I will be trained with skills and ideas that will enable me to develop into a management professional with virtually unlimited potential.
