Healing Hands

As a child, I spent a lot of time in hospitals and clinics. I was often sick and had to see doctors regularly. At that time, I never thought about medicine as a career path; it was just a part of my life. However, as I grew older, I became more aware of the impact that healthcare providers have on people’s lives. I started to appreciate the effort and care that they put into helping people and improving their quality of life. It was this interest that led me to discover the field of physical therapy, and I knew immediately that it was the career for me. That’s why I am excited about the prospect of studying at Baylor University, one of the top universities in the nation for health sciences.
