My Goal to Become a Part of University of Pennsylvania

I graduated from Rajshahi University (RU) with a bachelor degree in Business Administration. I secured the top position in my class among ninety-four students and I always try to maintain the performance consistently. During my undergrad I did one internship at Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC) and worked as a Teaching Assistantship (TA) under my professor. In addition, in my bachelor study, I organized and anchored several events, participated in many business case competition, various workshops, seminars, talks etc. These experience helped me to present my thoughts in front of a responsive and critical audience. I act as a founder member and president of Jalalabad Students Association in Rajshahi University (JSARU). Also I play role founder member (one of five) of Start-up RU and I am former vice-president of Rajshahi University Business Club (RUBC). As Upenn University requires a supplemental essay here I will share some statements why I believe that this university is the best option for my academic goals.

Master of Arts in Employment and Labor Relations (ELR) degree will me give the knowledge of managerial strategies that helps me to planning policy and controlling the organization successfully. I will use my business course knowledge, and my extracurricular activities experience to group success. My short time goal is after graduation of my Master of Arts in Employment and Labor Relations program I will join a multinational company as a management trainee. My long term goal is gaining 5- 6 years ‘Experience then I will start my company. I strongly believe that I will success in my career using my Employment and Labor Relations program knowledge and real life experience.

Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) is an excellent university. Employment and Labor Relations Program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania is an internationally recognized and respected qualified, and it includes major function of Employment and Labor Relations. The course directs the students from many public and private sectors in all over the world. I visited the webpage of the Employment and Labor Relations department. There are some aspects of the Master of Arts in Employment and Labor Relations Program attracts me most. Indiana University of Pennsylvania has small class size, allowing quality contact time with professors, internationally focused, and management in competitive environment. It would be great opportunity for me to pursue my graduate study in this prestigious institute. I am confident that I could make positive contribution department of Employment and Labor Relations in Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

All of these reasons mentioned in this Upenn application explain why I want to complete my master program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania at department of Employment and Labor Relations. I believe that Master of Arts in Employment and Labor Relation degree will help me to fulfil my dream. I am sure I would be able to make proud both my country Bangladesh and Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
