Someone asked me, where do I see myself 10 years from now, example answer I will give here. I do not always that I feel that I don't belong or deserve this profession. I'm not comfortable with so many audiences, I don't have the confidence to talk to a lot of people which is needed for this kind of profession. 

People say if you are not comfortable with your situation do not be scared it will make you grow and learn. Despite of this I want to mention in 10 years from now essay that I always dream to teach, I always Imagine ten years from now I am at the crowd or at a center of a room teaching my students, share my knowledge, and guide them. Because I believed in a saying that we need to be an architect to our own destiny, we need to work, it is a process of believing in something that one day I can make it. I slowly building myself not just for my future but also to my future students. There is still time that I've felt pressured doing some activities and told myself I don't want this job anymore but there is something inside me, pushing me to continue, telling me that this is for you, that I should pursue my dreams. 

School administration are the who is involved in managing school operation such as planning, organizing, directing, controlling the resources or people. The concept of school instruction and administration is administration of a school institution has the responsibility for bringing together various resources and allocating them effectively to accomplish the general goals of the institution. The primary goal of any school system is to provide the society with the requisite manpower for development and to enhance quality of the living conditions of their products. School administration do also applied leadership, and make people learn by making the learners learn easier than usual learning style by also enjoying studying. To make the learning enjoyable, teachers make an effective and different style for the student. Because of this we are still progressing and can acquire knowledge rightly.

To end up where do I see myself in 10 years essay, I want to be someone who will they look up, be remembered someday and inspired them to be true and learn not to limit their selves when it comes reaching their dreams. Because some opportunity will come once that's why we need to grab the opportunity, take a risk before its to late. I'm not going to be a teacher just to teach my chosen major but also to let them now that our biggest insecurities and what makes us scared will also lead us to learn and grow.
