I have had numerous opportunities to develop my leadership skills and exhibit them in various settings. From organizing school events to leading community service projects, I have always been driven to make a positive impact on those around me. These experiences have solidified my belief in the power of women's leadership and empowerment, and it is this belief that draws me to Wellesley College.

As the team leader, I was responsible for coordinating schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring that everyone had a fulfilling experience. This project allowed me to not only develop my leadership skills but also to witness the impact that small acts of kindness can have on others.

I aspire to be a woman leader who advocates for positive change on a larger scale. I am passionate about social justice and equality, and I believe that women have a unique perspective and voice that needs to be heard. I plan to use my leadership skills to actively engage in conversations and initiatives that address societal issues such as gender inequality and discrimination.
