Since the Government came up with the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments it have changed how everyone looks at each other and relationships between the Whites and African Americans.
First, in the 13th amendment it states that there should be no slavery or servitudes unless a person is convicted of a crime and is instructed to. For example, “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude.” Plus if it is appointed of a crime is should exist within the US or a place that the crime was taken by their jurisdiction. For example, “except as a punishment for crime where the party shall be convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction”.
Second, in the 14th amendment it stated everyone that is born or naturalized in the US and within subjected by a jurisdiction are in fact citizens of the US. For example, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subjected to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and which of the State wherein they reside.” It is state that no State cannot make up or enforce any law they choose that can be abridge that state privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States. And no state is to derive a person of their life, liberty, or property without the due process of law and can’t deny to anyone within the jurisdiction of the help of the equal protection of the laws. For example, “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws”.
Lastly, in the 15th amendment it states that the right of a citizen ability to vote shall not be denied or abridged by neither the US nor by any State on account of that citizens race, color, or previous condition of servitude. For example, “The right of citizens of the United State to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude”.
