“Not personal? That is my work, my sweat, and my time away from my kids! If that is not personal, I don’t know what is!” – Erin Brockovich

This line from a movie reminds me of a quote by Arnold Palmer saying, “Always make a total effort, even when the odds are against you.” This simply states that no matter how difficult, whatever challenges and trials you are facing if you really are determined and aiming for your goals, these circumstances are just a ways and a motivation for you to achieve it. People in life would throw rocks at you, but make these rocks as a stepping stone in reaching your dreams and goals in life.

The abovementioned line from caught my attention from the film entitled, “Erin Brockovich”. According from Wikipedia, it is an American non-fictional film which is released from in the year 2000. Directed by Steven Soderbergh and it is written by Susannah Grant. It is said to be a dramatization that is based on true story of Erin Brockovich which is portrayed by Julia Roberts. The main story of the movie is that Erin, fought against energy corporation, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E).

To sum up the plot of the film, Erin Brockovich from United Nations agency may be a troubled single mother who becomes connected to dysfunction Masry’s firm as a result of associate unfortunate automobile accident, and begins performing at the firm out of desperation for associate financial gain. As she spends time filing papers as a clerk, she becomes inquisitive about the attribute of the medical cases and persuades Ed Masry to permit her to research more. Erin spends various hours examining these cases and finds a link to between the community members of Hinkley, CA and a corporation by the name of Pacific Gas and electrical (PG&E), United Nations agency have a plant in Hinkley. The film goes on to point out viewers many families within the Hinkley community United Nations agency have varied health issues, from headaches, to miscarriages, to channel cancer. though Erin doesn’t have a degree, she is ready to uncover several details of this case through her discussions with these families, and therefore this film is concentrated on the angle of the firm thus the|and also the} members of the Hinkley community. She discovers the link between these health problems and hexavalent Cr within the water that infiltrated the water system through PG&E’s plant in Hinkley.

The camera transition on this movie is noticeable that it gives emphasis to every event and situation that important. The lights are dark depends on a scene and something it gives lightness but it’s depend to the mood if the scene that make the viewer’s emotional or something. And the outfit makes the viewer feel the real time happening in the movie, and it helps the movie to look very realistic that everyone who will watch the movie enjoy and love it.

Erin Brockovich is one of the movies that everyone must watch. It deals with a lot of lessons in life that everyone should remember and be reminded of. Overall, this was an excellent learning expertise as a result of it delivered to light-weight varied unethical behaviors which will happen during a company. I perceive that it’d be troublesome to act against your company, as I feel it absolutely was for PG&E employees; but this exercise illustrated specifically how vital it’s to act in associate degree moral manner, although your company is unethical. By focusing on the families that were plagued by PG&E’s unethical behavior, the moving-picture show was impactful in portraying however serious the results are often if they’re not treated suitably. If I’m ever sweet-faced with a scenario wherever my company is acting in associate degree ethically questionable manner, I do know this experience can give nice data on behalf of me to rest on and ultimately take the proper actions. Because in the film, it is presented how mathematics can do something, can change something and can improve something especially the science and technology. By the help of these, it shows how something could developed and it also shows what could be impacts and results of these. It really moved and touches my heart because of how a determined and hardworking mother fights for her rights. There I learned on how to be patient in everything you do especially when it is about your goal and if you want to achieve something. Also, I am encouraged by this film to work hard and to give up easily in everything despite the fact that life is really difficult and full of ups and down. I am giving this movie a rate of 10-10.
