A long time ago, humanity entered with primal mechanics in the industrialization era with steam engines. But with the introduction of world wide web and mobile technologies, smart devices, exponential advances in healthcare and digital revolutions speed up mechatronics studies nowadays. For the agenda of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Last World Economics holds an important place. Economists like Roubini, Stiglitz also stated their views on the impacts of AI on economics and business. However, Stephen Hawking criticized on the risks of the same, it’s a regular trend in media nowadays to criticize the modern technology without any trials even though it’s still in premature state.
Already, humans have stored and processed much of their data and information by the machines, soon, a brand-new type of electrical neural network will dominate this sector and will establish an order where the machines are capable of reasoning about almost everything where it all will be connected by electrical signals of one form or the other backed by sophisticated software. [2] Gradually moving in the future, these smart mechanics will be more powerful and in turn enhance human capabilities in their every part of life. “Artificial Intelligence” which is a term used for the degree of intelligence possessed by a machine when coupled with machine learning is now a potential game changer which is strongly supported by data analytics.[3] This field of computer science is becoming more smarter and intelligent enough with its prediction capabilities to smoothen our lives and hence humans more than ever will more enjoy leisure time with family and their friends. “Technology does not have to result in job destruction right away in order to produce substantial unemployment in the future.”
The impact of information technology on the employment sector has been researched thoroughly. For example, IBM’s Watson used statistical analysis of historical data to transform irregular non-routine operations into routine tasks which can be programmed. [4] What does above statement tries to convey? It simply translates that these machines can make over seemingly difficult tasks easier and thus “the ever-increasing share of work will become susceptible to automation.” [4] Man-made brainpower (AI) is a field of engineering that plans to emulate human points of view, learning limit, and data storage. AI methods have been employed in the field of medicine, for example, cardiovascular prescription to investigate novel genotypes and phenotypes in existing ailments, to diminish readmission, lower the cost and to make improvements in the patient care which results in lower death rates. Over the previous decade, a few machine-learning methods have been used for cardiovascular infection determination and forecast. Every issue requires some level of comprehension of the issue, as far as cardiovascular solution and insights, to apply the ideal machine-learning calculation. Sooner rather than later, AI will bring about a change in perspective toward accuracy cardiovascular drug. [5] By contrast, AI Dystopian imagine a future in which irreverent AI proceeds on its way of expanding knowledge to a saturation point past which their knowledge will be so a long way past us that we can't prevent them from unintentionally wrecking us, or noxious PCs and robots take us over, making us their slaves or on the other hand, driving us into annihilation through techno-massacre.[6] As mentioned earlier Stephan Hawking was one of them.
Another celebrity who opposes AI is Elon Musk who is the CEO of Tesla Motors. As every coin has two sides there’s no doubt about that if unchecked AI can be misused. Artificial intelligence, if used properly, could spare humankind drudgery and danger. Intelligent robots could work in conditions uncongenial to human uncongenial to human beings, such as underwater, in deep mines or in outer space. It could stand sentry to keep homeowners safe and help in situations where humans cannot. With luck, intelligent robots will provide the freedom for humans to do creative jobs, and to spend more time with the people they love. Just like automation, AI is a revolution that will generate more jobs than it takes away, will drastically improve our day-to-day lives and will elevate our overall well-being. We can use AI for major cybersecurity, improved cancer diagnosis and to save lives (with self-driving cars, etc.) Of course, if AI went in the wrong hands we could get ourselves into a real problem. But, it is our responsibility that we create AI with the right values.
