Is the American dream still alive? Posed this question among numerous Americans and as per every individual’s experience, you will find various answers. A few Americans don’t have the slightest idea of what to accept in any case and they will say it is confusing to them. Individuals don’t have a reasonable answer if the American dream is alive or dead. In any case, it isn’t surely known who is to accomplish the fantasy. Is it the government or the citizens? After the terrorist attack on September 11, the American dream for some took an unexpected turn. Surely, talk about the immigrants in America who have confronted an outstanding change in their life plans.

All immigrants hurry to America where they accept any opportunities that exist. They accompany their heads so high, trusts so brilliant to seek after satisfaction and riches without the dread of losing it all instantly. It is a fantasy for outsiders from the Middle East to be in America; a nation where segregation is supposedly history and where nobody will keep them from accomplishing their fantasies throughout everyday life. They all work hard and avoid trouble just to try to get citizenship in America so they can accomplish their dreams. This was the situation before hundreds died from a terrorist attack. After the attack, that was the point at which their promising end to present circumstances turned into their worst nightmare. The Americans have now betrayed that dream for the sake of making America a protected place free from terror. The immigrants from the Middle East currently watch as their privileges vanish for the obscurity of security. What does one have to endure because his religion is related to terrorism? Is that not what they fled from in their countries? There is no opportunity left to them although they are away from their nations and the sound of impacting bombs. How do our friends who are Muslims become residents if it is now difficult to appreciate a couple of foreigners’ privileges? Nowadays the law enforcement can break into their homes without warrants or capture them and hold them for long for the sake of guaranteeing protection. What is left for them to have faith in any longer? What they thought was a splendid new start is presently an impasse.

Today, in the event that you are from the Middle East, name it the Arabic land, at that point job stability is never again guaranteed. Businesses are sending home representatives who are Muslims since they don’t have full citizenship in America. Shouldn’t we be free from segregation? Those working in touchy zones like technology and information are denied. It exacerbates it when you can’t address what caused your being sent home. It has gotten difficult for outsiders to battle their way in accomplishing their dreams. Would you make an effort to be a resident of a nation where the opportunity you came to look for is discriminative? America wants to be free from racial segregation; but, is that a dream? Who will accomplish the America dream? The response to this question by numerous individuals will point to white individuals. Be that as it may, whose dream is this? Is it for white individuals or black? Is the fantasy truly for America? I accept this fantasy is for America and in the event that you are in this ‘ship’ called America, at that point you can accomplish it.

All individuals can accomplish this fantasy since it offers us the chance to characterize it as indicated by what we have faith in. Each individual at that point has the chance to choose the methods and approaches to accomplish it. It is time we quit accusing others. It is time we stop to trust that the American dream will occur while we don’t do anything. The American dream should urge us to try hard as Americans to accomplish our dreams in it. Others accept that the fantasy of one day having their very own home, working one job and that they will resign at 65 with retirement benefits is dead. Its time individuals characterized the American dream. This will assist them with accomplishing their full capacity. This will guarantee that they are acknowledged by others, paying little respect to their introduction to the world or position circumstances. Its time individuals assumed responsibility to empower them to accomplish their fantasies as a commitment to keeping the American dream alive. Today is the time Americans did their part regardless of what challenges they face to making the American dream a reality. In spite of the fact that what’s to come is past tomorrow and loaded with vulnerabilities, I conviction the American dream will become.

Now is the ideal opportunity when we all will be Americans, not Muslims and Christians, not blacks and whites. This is the point at which everybody’s fantasy will be a reality. This is when outsiders will be citizens and regarded in their work environment and when all states will be homes for all. The eventual fate of the American dream is the fate we had always wanted. The American dream isn’t tied in with turning out to be free from segregation or making the most of your privileges completely yet it is about progress. This advancement begins with each American citizen regardless of which race, color, area or financial status. The American dream is about every American defining their very own objective and remaining determined until they accomplish it. The fate of the American dream is as yet alive and splendid as Americans pursue the motto of our President Barack Obama, ‘Yes We Can’. With this confidence, Americans are endeavoring to accomplish their objectives throughout everyday life, which infers the slow accomplishment of the American dream.
