One of the most common things you find in almost every second in your life is called physics. The way you move, the way the earth rotates, the way the sun rises and falls every morning and evening, the way the birds fly into the morning breeze, are all a form of physics. Physics is the science that deals with nature and the properties of matter and energy. In physics class you mainly learn about momentum, they speed and velocity of an object, the distance an object will travel, the highest point of the object and a few other things. One of the things not really covered a lot is Albert Einstein’s theory of relativity. Albert Einstein, a Jewish physicist in the early 1900’s, was the one who brought the theory up. The theory states that all motion are relative to a frame of reference and that time and space are relative to each other. This theory helps explain behaviors in space and it may help explain how gravity may be able to bend light and the prediction of black holes. When you measure the movement of an object, it isn’t an absolute motion because the object is always in relation with something else. The theory also states that physics is the same everywhere we go throughout space and the universe. If light was to be caught in a black hole per say, light would still be moving at the same speed. Earth, our home planet, is said to be able to twist and distort space-time around it, as well as with other planets. The theory is still a theory, and it still has time to become a law, but it just helps prove that space and time are knitted to be together.
