Workforce diversity should be managed since it is a necessity towards the success of all organization by equiping human resource department with its workers. Workforce diversity incorporates all employees based on different backgrounds, age, race and gender. Gender equity in the work place highly appreciates the overall performance of the company through effective and favourable working condition. Through all these platforms, all potential employees and employers who are assimilate get a chance to air their grievances without fear thus effective measures are taken by the management to stop the oppression. All the organization should idealy have policies and law that run the operations , therefore able to enact gender equality dogma that will handle such issues.
