People would not even believe to a high school junior for leadership lessons. Here is an extraordinary girl Malala Yousafsai who took a step to make a revolutionary change to the worldwide for a concept of equal access to education. May people feel that it is a short story who heard little about it, but in her short life she not only drawn international attention to a big issue that of 61 million girls around the world who do not have access to an education. She alone took a step to address this problem and sought attention from world leaders to start taking it seriously and make a real action to fix it.
Here is the unbelievable part of our journey through Malala’s life story, she herself made five lessons in leadership that can help others especially the youngsters who suffering with problem and they do not even know how to address it. Here are the five lessons
These lessons will definitely make a change in the society and also will change the people who have that conservative and dominant mentality towards education among girls.
Malala’s life story is an inspiration to everyone but for Malala her parents were the true inspiration who taught her the value of education. She truly dreamed about higher education but Taliban came to her life as a villain and closed all schools and put restriction to all children especially girls, but Malala a 11-year-old shown courage to go to school. In fact, she did more than that she anonymously started to write about her life, that vlog went viral but that did not change things in swat valley (her place in Pakistan). She took great personal risk to show her real identity and come forward to address the issues through TV, radio whatever she can reach to. She faced a lot of issues even her life she put in danger but she obtains new life like a phoenix rising from the ashes of its predecessor.
The impact of her leadership quality that still making process to accomplish. She is a great presenter of the problem and also a good listener too. Malala travels all over the world to address her problem and visiting troubled community to give courage to overcome the issues they are facing.
Our journey through Malala’s life story, made difference in our value and beliefs. We ignored a lot of issues that can be make difference in society if we take step to solve it, but that do not bother us. But after knowing Malala, she inspired us immensely, everyone can make a change if you believe in you.
