Happiness is an emotional state of a personality which depends upon their state of mind. It varies from person to person responding to various circumstances in our life.

Hey, Life is short! Right! We don’t know what is going to happen even in the next moment itself. So, why to waste our precious time being sad; Rise up and do wonders in your life. Our world is waiting for you to rise and succeed in your life.

Each and every person face many challenges in their lives in which some are failures and some are succeeded. In failure cases, many get stressed out and sometimes depressed and fail to know the importance of their life. But they cannot understand that this is a step forward to their true happiness which is a little far to knock their door. Simply, Happiness is not what you get, when u immediately succeed in your life; it’s not called a true happiness. True happiness is when you succeed after many failures (which give you more patience, dedication, knowledge and many more). Then you can see your true happiness.

Everyone in this world is different in thoughts and in their attitude. Some people like doing things simply but some do common things differently in a new way. Some people like to do their work in a step by step process. They make a plan and follow the plan in a step wise manner preventing confusion

Whereas, some people perform multi tasking they try to do all the work at the same time that is performing multiple tasks in same time. This may lead to confusion of minds and gives bad results. People find happiness in doing things differently. Doing things daily in the same way bore you at one or other time. You will feel happier by doing activities differently from day to day. Studies revealed that people who do their activities differently get a variety of happiness than normal people. In present days with this fast generation we also should be fast in our activities in doing activities. Many people find happiness in doing a variety of activities . Happiness is not only an expression on face but it is a pleasant feeling which encourages you and motivates you to do anything. We can gain happiness in different ways:

  • If you are the reason behind anyone happiness, then I am sure that you will be more happier in your life.
  • Happiness can be achieved easily if you have a positive attitude. It mainly depends upon the way you receive circumstances. Some may receive things positively and some negatively. A personality with a positive attitude achieves happiness in each and every view of their life.
  • Meditation is the major tool which calms, relaxes our mind and refreshes us to know new things from which many of them can achieve self -happiness.
  • Smile is the expression on face which attracts everyone. It plays a crucial role in one’s life. Smile shifts our negative emotion to a positive emotion. It is said that people who are happier smile more
  • Living the life as per your thoughts and in your own way and doing things that you like makes you happier.

Fight with your fear and be open to change. Initially it will be hard but later on you will see a change in yourself which makes you happy
