What is Depression? Depression is a mental health problem, that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest in activities. It affects how a teenager thinks, feels and behaves and it can cause the emotional, functional and physical problem. Depression is a treatable brain illness or health problem. It is a caused of stress that change our body and can affect out thoughts and mood. Depression is an extremely low mood that last time and makes a person feel sad, irritable or empty. Many people, including teens, have suffered in this way. It can be describe in many ways and it is a mental disorder that any person can suffer.
Many teenagers feel that life is not fair or that things never go their way, they feel stressed out and confused. It is not unusual for the teenager to experience the blues or feel down in the dumps. Teenagers are always unsettling time, with the emotional and social changes that accompany this stage in life. Nowadays many teenagers commit suicide because of being depressed, too much stress and pressure. When teenagers feel down there are many ways to deal with it.
Music and dancing are the common way teens do to escape from everything. If have a possibility to be at home alone, turn on the music and start dancing. They should not afraid that they do not do it very well. They should understand that they dance only for their self and not for other people. It will let forget about all positive negative emotions. The second way is walking.
Teenagers can have the fresh head if they spend time walking a few hours a day. They will sleep well and they should not about there problem. Next is meet with your friend, met with a friend there can have new emotion and spend your time with the satisfaction, there will get the new experience and get new information. Because of it will help to overcome the depression. We should not avoid people because they can help a lot.
A teenager needs to find the hobby, it will catch their attention and will forget about a problem. Will need to spend sometimes on hobby and even can find there some new friends. It’s needed to create some plans in our lives and to reach our goals. If teenagers have the plan, there will not be any time for the depression. It will increase mood and will forget about depression. You need to think a good vibes in order for you to take all the negativity you have within yourself. Be optimistic and open minded in everything that around you. Most importantly, have faith in God, talk to your family and true friends. You need to share your problems order for you to be relieved.
I realized that life is so easy but we insist on making it complicated. Once I have gain myself-realization and started on the path of self-discovering. I will learn to be able on taking the next step of beating depression. Realize my talent and skill so that I can fulfill my own dreams, understand own worth and utilize that knowledge to the fullest. It is not the thing around make our happy, it is what their inside of that truly pleases our inner self. Asking other people what them happy is pointless because only we can know what makes happy and bring joy to our life. And I also believed in the saying that “When depression takes over and I cannot push through it, I have to close my door and shut them out, it is only to survive”.
