I feel like having strict parents cause teenagers at the age of 13, 14 and maybe adults cause silence and makes them keep things to themselves. They feel alone and dont have anyone to talk which cause depression and stress because they feel like they should have a close relationship with their parents. There are alot of people that are judgmental and don’t care about other people feel so they say whatever but not in a kindly way.
