My name is Luffee Goyal and I am an international student from India and currently studying in Capilano university and I am here to become a doctor basically to give a brief introduction to our culture a brief introduction to my culture I should start from my name What do I know is that in my culture each word has a very deep meaning Miller is in the case with my name that is luffee means a warrior ,a warrior who fives for his rights a warrior who fights for the respect and owner While the last name Goyal is my family name and Goyal was warrior my full name that is Luffee Goyal itself means a warrior born in a warrior community and this name make more sense when I will tell you that I am a national player of martial arts

Culture the most powerful and weak tool of a human as culture is all about what a human is and while due to constantly being change one culture may totally get lost . and we all know that as India is culturally rich country and state has its own culture and even in a state Number of different culture can be found as being a player i had Visited many different states and picked some good things from each cultures of different states and now I am in Canada and learning some Canadian culture So which make me multicultural But deep down my roots are still embedded in Punjabi culture and Punjab means a land of five rivers

The greatness of Panjabi culture is no different it's also being influenced by the cultures from neighboring States and neighboring countries such as culture from Maharashtra, TamilNadu, and Pakistan as Punjabi is a part of India and Hindi is the national language of India so the Punjabi language is also being affected by Hindi language along with many other languages harianwi, Tamil, kanad and a global language that Is English is no different

The Punjabi culture is pride in many countries as it has been spread throughout the world from America to Europe to Russia and then back to Asia and in addition to this Punjabi culture is also seen in parts of neighbouring country that is Pakistan as Pakistan was a part of India and and was located on the northern part of India and was a part of Punjab which was separated on a horrific day on the year 1947 while we Punjabi learn many things from the foreign culture a many foreign people learn from us as we started wearing jeans and many foreigners love bhangra and Punjabi music the major reason of this exchange of all the culture is increase in immigration and emigration to and from the state this had widely encouraged people from the world to understand different culture and take some of the very good things from it and as if I will talk about my experience then being very polite is the thing that Canadian culture inspired me

Respected Punjabi language is very sweet and the words of this awesome language are derived from sindhi and from Hindi Urdu and English too and many neighboring states are known to understand and speak Punjabi language, one of the interesting facts to know about is that the Punjabi language is fourth most spoken language in Canada. the greatness of Punjabi culture is clearly reflected Through its beautiful poetry through its sweet literature True love every day and hate in the wars and basically farming has become an important part of Punjabi culture Punjabi culture had always taught and will always teach a person to be jolly natured one of the proof of this statement can be seen during the wars when enemies are in front of them still they joke the death I still think that how can a culture be so beautifully made that the people of this culture even give water and food to the enemy in the wars Who can be so polite who can be so calm who can be so awesome that they can risk their own lives to save the respect and honor of others

Tasty food that can be very spicy and very sweet is the most important part of Punjabi culture Punjabis are said to be foody and most of the farming done on the land of Punjab is organic as some of the spicy dishes in Punjabi culture are tandoori chicken ,potato and tortilla (aloo de pronthe) and some of the sweet dishes that are really famous are jalebi, pattisa, barfi but some food that has a different place in the hearts of Punjabi those are Makki di roti sarso da saag, lassi, dahi(these names are the names of sweets in Punjabi )

Punjabi wedding is very famous throughout the world if we will talk about Punjabi wedding then these weddings are culturally rich and financially very expensive a middle-class family marriage may start from $65000 and may reach to millions of dollars in case of high-class families but all these weddings are culturally very rich and are said to be very loud and all neighbors and relatives are invited in this occasion eatables and drinks are provided to them for no money and in addition to this consists of a DJ and all dance and a lot of loud and energetic music and relatives from both the families meet and provide each others with a lot of gift to each other and here boy and girl who are going to marry wear special dress that are sherwani and lehnga respectively girls also wear chuda that are red bangles on there ankles there are a lot of other exciting things that are done in those marriages like mehndi chudda laddies sangigt and many more

The base of Punjabi culture was laid by maharahja Ranjit singh in amritser and where there Is most famous gloden temple which is surrounded by water and its looks like walls are made of gold and floating on the ocean and our clear reflection can be seen through its walls Punjabi culture is basically based on humanity where (Sikh,Hindu, Muslim, Christians )live together and praise the greatness of God it’s a matter of fact that in Punjab nobodies die of hunger even though if a person doesn’t do anything he can just go to gurudwara or mandir(temple) where he can have place to live and in addition to this he can get free food
