Introduction

Talking about the person that I admire so much, a lot of names run through my mind. My mother, sister and some good friends. I even wanted to write about Steve Jobs, the man who made my eyes pop out and he is one who changed the world totally. But then, I decided to write about a person whom I respect so much and who has influenced me a lot. I can proudly say that it is my father who has been my source of inspiration from day one. In other words, his perspective and personality together have shaped me as a person. Similarly, he has a great impact on the world as well in his own little ways. He devotes his free time in taking care of stray animals which inspires me to do the same. My father has taught me the meaning of love in the form of a rose he gifts to my mother daily without fail. This consistency and affection encourage all of us to treat them the same way. All my knowledge of sports and cars, I have derived from my father. It is one of the sole reasons why I aspire to be a banker in the future. From this, I am going to write about his several personal characters which have made person that I admire.

The person I like most – my Father

Firstly, as everyone likes to believe that their father is different, so do I. Nonetheless, this conviction is not merely based on the love I have for him, but also because of his personality. My father is a director in Institute of Improving Qualification in Ministry of Internal Affairs of Personnel. From this he is quite disciplined in all aspects of life. He is the one who taught me to always practice discipline no matter what work I do.

Secondly, he has a cheerful and friendly nature. He always makes my mother laugh with his silly antics. I completely adore this silly side of him when he is with his loved ones. He tries his best to fulfil all our wishes but also maintains the strictness when the need arises.

Thirdly, I love about my father is that he has always kept a very safe and open home environment. For instance, my siblings and I can talk about anything with him without the fear of being scolded or judged. This has helped us not to lie, which I have often noticed with my friends.

Fourthly, my father has a great love for animals which makes him very sympathetic towards them. He practices his religion devotedly and is very charitable too. I have never seen my father misbehave with his elders in my entire life which makes me want to be like him even more. He is good natured, very friendly and peaceable. Thus, he does not like to quarrel with anyone. On the contrary, he is helpful to anyone who may need his help. If he is unable to help, he is courteous to say so. Indeed, politeness is one of the most liked character for me. He believes in the power of words, and makes sure his words do not touch hearts of anyone.

In addition, my father is the only person that I loved most than anything else in my life. Although, he is very busy every day, but he will never stop thinking about us. We have problems but we settle them in a family way as ‘ blood is thicker than water’. Furthermore, he also always being careful so as to make sure all in the family would be happy and living harmoniously. Otherwise if something goes wrong, it can make our heart sank in the boots.

Moreover, my father is incomparable. He will never make any grunts and groans but always being patient with our bad manners. I realised so much sacrifices he had spent on us, but he will never ask for return. In every aspect of my life my father continuously pushes me to excel. Whenever I feel like giving up, or have a question or concern, I know I can always call my father for advice.

From him I have also learned that sometimes you have to put others needs ahead of your own, but not to the point they will begin to take advantage on you. His strength seems to be unbreakable during hard times, and is extremely determined to accomplish anything he sets his mind on. I hold great esteem for how he stands up for what he believes in, and will never back down. I always admire his open mind, compassion, and sense of understanding. He is a very reserved man, but has a great sense of humor, and always know how to put a smile on my face.

My father stands tall among men. He lives by great principles and I am proud of him. He is very honest and courageous. He will not grudge any trouble he may have to undergo to be on the side of truth.

Furthermore, he is my ideal. He is a hard-working person. He always completes his work on time by believing that the busiest man has the greatest leisure which has been proven it in his own life. Though he is a very busy person, he makes sure to take time out to take us on outings to interesting places. In free time, he loves to write, and he pens travelogues and poems. When we go on an excursion or a holiday he enjoys writing about the different places that we visit. His travel writing makes pleasurable reading.

In fact, he is also keen on reading by this I can say that he is a voracious reader, and has an enviable collection of books in his library. Keeping the books neat and tidy is particular for him. From this, his books look like new which can be sold in famous book cafes. He is strict with me and lets me read his books only if I can keep them neat and clean. The word discipline is surely associated with him. He often sticks to his schedule and is always punctual. He insists that I should be on time, so he is very strict about this and so I try my best to be punctual.

Besides, my father likes to play different sports, he even encourages his friends to play any sport of their choice to stay fit and healthy. Waking up early in the morning and not stay up late at night is the most common problem for numerous people but not for him, he goes early to bed and early rises which is a maxim which makes him to follow for good health, thus early in the morning he takes time to do physical exercises, he wants me to be a good human being with high morals. Whenever I need an advice I know whom to turn to, it is my father. Children are more attached to their mothers and mostly share all their secrets with them. However, in my case it is different. I share all my secrets with my father and go running to him whenever I am confused about anything in life. He has a clear perspective about life and knows exactly how to calm my chaotic thoughts. Whether I have a fight with my friends or am unable to concentrate on studies or am unable to choose which co-curricular activity to go for – I know whom to ask. He knows me extremely well and is also worldly wise and thus gives advice keeping both his experiences and my nature in mind.

Conclusion

To sum it up, I admire a lot of people but the person I admire the most is my father. This is because my father is the one who knows what is best for me. He is the most important person in my life. There is no reason for me to live without him by my side. He is the one who helps me grow up, gives me advice, takes care of me, shows me the right way, always support me greatly, and does many things just for me. I believe that my father has it all what it takes to be called a real-life superhero. The way he manages things professionally and personally leaves me mesmerized every time. No matter how tough the times got, I watched my father become tougher. I certainly aspire to become like my father. If I could just inherit ten percent of what he is, I believe my life will be sorted. As a result, I will endeavour to make sure my father get the best treatment when I finish my study and start working. I would try best to emulate him in all aspects of life. And I will always appreciate my father, because i know i will never get another father in my life.
