Internet is a media that is needed to be used as a basis for information systems. Indonesia is one of the countries in the world that has the potential to develop e-commerce businesses because of its population. Online shopping has now become a new way for most Indonesian people to shop. Online shopping is considered to be a solution for most people, because online shop consumers can have the goods or services they want without experiencing to go to shopping place directly, but simply choose what they want by opening a website provided by an online shop provider and paying for it by transferring money to the sellers. Thus, buyers can save time efficiently to get the goods or services needed because they do not need to queue and bring their own goods to their homes. There are many e-commerce based online shopping sites that already exist and are growing in Indonesia today. One of the most popular e-commerce based online shopping sites in Indonesia is Lazada.co.id.
