Future Purpose of My Graduate Degrees

As school and graduate degrees have turned out to be much valued entities of one’s career and they have become progressively essential to discover approaches to emerge and offer an upper hand. This is the reason why I have chosen to leave my local nation and pursue a post-graduation diploma in the Canada.

I am very reliable, anxious and eager to learn new things. After done with my High School, I decided to do something in Sciences. Then after I secured first class marks in my intermediate. However, my thoughts turned at a point where I am not accepting to do anything further. I decided that this is not my path, and then I realized that my goal is to do something in lively in society. At that point, with my personal interest I made a crucial choice to do bachelors in commerce and business administration.

I did pursue my bachelors in business administration. In this, I had the experience that the course Human Resources Management, in which I found about the Principles of dealing with the HR in associations of various sizes. My Bachelor’s degree coursework sums up with so many things related to latest advancements in corporate business and management. Throughout the course, I went through various managerial aspects. In my final year, I participated in management and skill development programs, that helped me to secure 7.5 GPA overall. Which gave me more satisfaction and confidence to achieve merits in business related aspects. All along, I have managed to maintain the principles of ethics and integrity, a strong sense of purpose, and morality, which binds me rigidly. Appointment as student leader in all stages of my school and college life has presented me with opportunity to interact with people, develop organizational and communication skills. My involvement with speech, debate and sports has made me more than an academic person.

Reasons behind opting Canada for my higher Studies are Being a nation of migrants from everywhere throughout the world. Canadian degree comprehensively recognized for its brilliance in all sectors such as Business, Economics, and Information Technology etc. Canada is a protected place to think about, cutting in nation bilingual country. Canadians put great significance on learning, and have built-up a top-notch world class instruction developed a first-rated education system with upraised standards. I got the acceptance for 2-year (Full Time) Post Graduate diploma Program in Human resource & Management at George Brown College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with clearing all the academic requirements for the course. During my research on Higher education in Canada, I got a chance to interact with professors at George Brown College to discuss about the coursework and infrastructure provided to the students which was impressive. I am glad that finally I got admission from the college, which I opted as a first priority. Also my

Main motivation behind opting Human resource management course came from my first job as a Business development manager where I have to look at various parts played by human asset administration in taking care of human issues and accomplishment of business. I trust that human asset administration gives learning encounters that I will add lot of value in corporate business sector.

As a future objective, I intend to give the greater part of my asset to concentrate in the coursework and develop aptitude of Human resource management. In addition, I will plan to participate in a student association programs and interacting with professors to collect subsequent real life experiences and elements in HR program during my course.
