Also, because people are anonymous online, it can lead to toxic behavior like cyberbullying—which can really harm both the victim’s and bully’s mental state.
So yeah, while video games have lots of perks, we can't ignore their darker side either—the impact on our bodies, minds, and social lives is real. It's key for people to play in moderation and for parents or educators to encourage balanced gaming habits.
