One day technology will change humans into robots. Excessive use of technology results in negative impacts on their mental health and lack of social skills among people. Good social skills are helpful to make a better career and beneficial for mental health of a person. According to turkle, people lack social skills in this ‘’texting of life and messaging”. The skill of communication plays an important role in human’s life.

Social and communication skills are necessary to become, ‘’socially competent adult’’(Sympathirao). People are always busy on whatsapp, skype or many other sites rather than meeting. They are happy in saying hello, hi on video or voice chat. Now, the question is do technology really improving the communication skills? No, its not. The proper way of improving communication skills is by meeting people and extending conversation with them. But people prefer to ‘’speak online to avoid face to face talk’’(Turkle). These days machines has control on human’s life. The biggest problem of youth is that they like’’ texting” “not talking” moreover, a telephone call is more exposure for them.(Turkle). Sometimes it becomes hard for people to initiate a small talks.
