One of My Heroes – My Cousin

Many people have someone they look up and admire to be like one day and everyone has different opinions on who a hero should truly be. My personal hero is my cousin Jual she is one of my favorite people in the world because she is always there for me when I need her the most and I don’t know where I would be today without her helping me in life. Not many people could compare to my cousin Jual. She is one of the most caring, loving, and genuine people I know and that is why she is one of my heroes to this day.

When I think of a hero, I think of someone who is secure, diligent, trustworthy, and selfless. Someone who can protect you and make life better for people around her. My cousin has all of those qualities. My cousin Jual was raised by two great parents and had a very good life growing up. She graduated from Stephen Leacock after high school for four years and majored in film and then went on to The University of Ryerson to get her masters in film. My cousin worked hard to make good grades. She his very hardworking and works hard to make her dreams comes true. She has always told me to enjoy your life while you’re still young.

A hero to me is a person that is there for you no matter what; they will always be by your side even if times get rough. For example, my cousin has never left my side, and I know she will always be there for me whether I am upset and crying or I’m happy. I have never met someone who is as selfless as her. She always puts people before herself and done everything she could to be the best cousin. Dealing with me is not the easiest I am not perfect I’m stubborn and at times I can be knowitall. My cousin and I don’t have the best relationship. We get into arguments at times but no matter how big of a fight we get in we always fix it by the end of the day because we both know we couldn’t live without each other.

One of the many great traits my cousin has and demintrast is that she is very trustworthy. I can come talk to her about anything that bothers me no matter how bad she will always listen to me. I have built trust with her to be able to tell her anything if anything bothers me I can text or call her at anytime she will always answer no matter what time. If I’m ever wrong i can trust she will tell me what I did. No matter if she tell me what i did without sugarcoating it and if i was wrong i can trust she will tell me what i did was wrong and how to fix it. That is why I can trust her.

To conclude the essay, my cousin Jual is my hero because she there for me and helps me be better in life but she does the same thing with other people too, she is a great cousin, aunt and friend. All the qualities she has as an individual. I hope one day I can have the same and be just like her. My cousin makes me feel like one of the most important people in the world, because I know she would do anything for me in a heartbeat if I was in need or hurt. I cannot explain the love she has for me and I have for her I am blessed to have her as a cousin she taught me to love myself and to be proud of my accomplishments. My cousin has always said that you should do whatever makes you happy and do it to the best you can be. And be the best me i can be. She is my hero for more than just these reasons. She has been by my side from birth and I know there are many more to come. Nothing will ever compare to how much she has impacted my life and helped me be better in life. That’s why I love her and I wouldn’t be the kid I am today without her in my life. And who is your hero?
