Optimism and Enthusiasm

Thinking the glass is half full is not always easy, this core value of optimism is an everyday practice. When I am in negative situation, I question myself like: What is positive and good about this situation? What I can learn from this situation? What opportunity I have now with this situation?I try to Focus on this moment don’t try to get in a bad mood and by shocking news spread by the media. This will demotivate me and also cause depressive feelings. I try to stay positive with a small walk or exercise or by doing and enjoyable activities I try to stay happy by chatting with friends and family, playing games, window shopping also my cooking my favorite dishes. Most of the times I try Forget about the past, I try not to blame me or other for thing happen in past, I will just think about how to avoid those mistakes in future.

Make a difference

When I came from India to this new country I learnt a lot in likeholding door, smiling at strangers, Thanking and congratulating others is a meaningful way to make a difference and creates happy vibration all around makes it a better place to work every day. Everyone wants to feel appreciated for the work they do. People can be individually thanked and recognized in-person.

• Recognize and class mates, coworker’s birthday and other personal or meaningful life milestones.
• Write a personal note or card to thank them for something.
• Take coworker out to lunch for a job well done.
• Share and celebrate success stories as a team.
• Encourage employees to thank one another.

Courage and Confidence

To be brave to be positive is not easy to go against the fear of losing and to stay positive in a world that loves negativity. Every day, in conversations around you, in the news on TV, the radio, and just about everywhere, people are talking about and thinking about the things that can’t be done and that can’t be achieved. It takes courage be different from mainstream thinking and focus on what CAN be achieved instead. I believe innovators and world–changers are courageous. They are positive thinkers who focus on the possible. So when you think positive, you’re in good company. Finally, I strongly believe in this old statement-“Values tell you what to do when you don’t know what to do. ”
