What is optimism? Optimism is an attitude of viewing things in its positive side. A person whose having this kind pf atitude always believing that things will work out in the end. Those people who considered their self as optimistic, also experience doubt sometimes but the good thing is , they take a lessonto be learned from it and they will move on. For them, they are always thinking that in any situation they can still nake things better, this is by looking at a situation in a positive way. The person who have optimism can be called as optimist.
It is good to be optimistic. Yes it make a peroson happy and at the same time it makes him healthier physically and especilly mentally. Being optimistic helps a person to focus on a positive and beneficial side of anything. Like us, even they are optimistic, they are not exempted to face any trials or hard times but it seems like they know the effective methods how they will deal with all problems and hard times. For them, instead of thinking why they are facing hard times, they think that there are till hope and there always realizing that there is a purpose why it happens to them. They know how to handle stress, and beacause of this they are not prone to be depress.
Optimistic person is not focusing their mind to fear or sadness , but they focus only on how they will handle there problem with hope. Because of this attitude , a person can also learn how to appreciate all the things that is happening to him. Optimistic does not mean that he can run away and ignore life’s challenging. Optimistic thinking just means that he can approach unpleasantness in a more producttive and positive way. He always expecting the best and good is going to happen. An optimistic person, see the opportunity in every difficulty. For them challenges are the way for them to see the success in life.
Optimist is happier and have ability to see the good in every challenge that they face and endure, they tend to be more successful. Although they still endure pain and struggle in life, but instead of allowing the pain and struggle to hinder their abilities, they will choose to look for the positives. Because they are always thinking positive, they can look for ways to grow , learn and become a stronger person. For this reasons, it is impossible to stop or hinder an optimist from achieving their dreams and goals. Meaning, an optimist or having optimism can give a big help to achieve goals even if their goals seems impossible to achieve.
Being optimistic in life happens if a person’s thinking is run through mostly positive. It a person is always thinking negative thoughts his outlook in life is will always be negative or pessimistic. If one person thoughts are always positive or he is practicing positive thinking, he is optimistic.
If a person always think positive, it gives him a long time health benefits. Aside from lowering the chance of depression, it also helps a person to increased life span. Postive thinker is stress free. All of us wanted to have a long span of life. To have this benefits we need to choose to be more positive.
But how a person can be optimistic? One of the biggest factor to be positive thinker or optimistic, we should be surrounded with people who are also postive thinker. Make sure than thse people in your life should be positive, supportive people , always giving helpful advice and feedbacks. Positive people, may decreased your stress level and will not make you doubt your ability to manage stress in a healthy ways. So, be wise on choosing friends and people that can influence you to face life in a positive way.
In life, much better to be more positive than to think of many negative thoughts. No one wants to always feel pressured, distress, or problematic. Being optimistic will encourage you to enjoy life even there are so many challenging or problems. Tough times will always be there but facing it and viewing it with hope and focus only in the positive side and it will be easy for you to overcome it.
