Overwiew of Isabel Marant Resort 2019 Paris Collection

Isabel Marant Resort 2019 collection, is a fresh take on the eighties western apparel. The collection has beautifully merged the old with the new and yet skillfully managed to make it look fashionable and modern.

The collection lineup is a perfect blend of fashion and function with easy-to-wear garments. The line-up is of everything from neutrals such as black and white to millennial pink, bright orange, pale yellow adding the life to designs which resulted into a polished line up of right seasonless sweaters, blouses, dresses with assorted extent of ruffles and ruching, and denim with sass in all combinations to refresh your wardrobe. The designer offered a chic high-waisted mini skirt in the prettiest pale pink-hued corduroy, followed by long trousers and jeans jacket in the same. The ultra violet sweater paired with the denim skirt really spices up the neutral skirt making the outfit very playful and vibrant. The mohair orange sweater in knit is great for its color blocking combination making it interesting and bold. The blouses are elegant and refined with intricate embroideries along with gigot-sleeves that almost look like the Victorian era-style.

In the formal wear the designer has some interesting stand out pieces of a one shoulder velvet top, punctuated with silver studs that stood out as one of the most polished pieces while pausing on pieces such as the pale denim-like jackets and oversize coats which are very much relaxed. The power suits in black and white were ideal for working ladies, which will carry them through their busy days. In contrast to these outfits the collection offers oversized blazers, retro bell-bottoms, acid washed denims, brightly-hued tops and chic jackets that would appeal to the current generation. The makeup of the model is fresh and natural, keeping it extremely nominal with the hair let down.

The accessories on the models are minimal apart from a necklace and earrings for some of the looks. The footwear, which are suede boots in colors like yellow, white, black and violet, stands out and is striking in the colors. These pictures also reveal that the shoot took place in simple backgrounds with no great emphasis on it. The clothes take prominence for the clean relaxed silhouettes.

Marant styling is flexible and can be easily dressed down and worn anytime. The drama was dialed up on blouses with ruffled sleeves. The lineup is varied with breezy dresses during the day and dresses them up a bit with heels and accessories for the night. This was a perfect rendition of the designers creativity in the grand scheme of fashion things.
