Sachin Tendulkar belongs to a Maharashtrian family and was born on 24th April 1973. He started playing at the age of 11 and played at national and international level. He is the top scorers in Cricket history and was also an all-rounder player of Indian cricket team. Due to his dedication for the Indian Cricket, got awarded with many prestigious awards including the Arjuna Award, Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award, Padma Shri, Padma Vibhushan and Bharat Ratna Award. His love for the Indian Cricket was tremendous and efforts he made were fantabulous. One of the incidents which I remind was of a tournament with Pakistan at the age of sixteen. During this match when he faced the ball of Waqar Younis and got hurt badly starts bleeding. In spite of everyone saying him to go back he said he will and the next ball he got that touch the boundary. His love for cricket makes him the God of Cricket.
Sarojini Naidu was born in 1879 and belongs to a typical Bengali family. She was a poet and took her studies from good universities of those times. She took participation in various movements for the freedom of our country, like other freedom fighters she participated in Salt March, Civil Disobedience Movement, Quit India movement etc. even though she is a girl but took many bold decisions for the welfare of Humanity and for the independence of our country. She is the first lady governor of Independent India. Other than all this she also has a hidden talent of poetry and due to her meaningful and melodious lyrics, she got the title of Nightingale of India. Her life becomes the inspiration for many Indian women.
Kiran Bedi was born on 9th June 1949 in a Punjabi family of Amritsar. At the initial carrier of her life, she was a tennis player. Later on, she joined as an IPS officer and served in areas of Delhi, Goa, Chandigarh, and Mizoram. During her working period in Delhi, she did a lot for the safety of women and there is a reduction in the crime ratio. Other than she played some crucial roles in 1982 Asian Game in Delhi, some great achievements in Tihar Jail. One another achievement she got was selected as a Police Advised in the Department of Peace Keeping Operations of USA. Currently, she was serving as a Lieutenant Governor of Pondicherry. Really she a role model for many girls all over India and worldwide.
Dr. Kalam was born on 15th October 1931 in Rameshwaram Tamil Nadu. He works as a scientist n two biggest organizations of our country named as DRDO and ISRO. He put many efforts for the development of our country in fields of Ballistic Missile and Launch Vehicle technology due which famous as famous as the Missile man of our country. His nuclear tests Pokhran-II was one of the milestones of his carrier. Later on, he was also elected as the 11th President of our country. For his tremendous achievements, he was also awarded the Bharat Ratna Award. His life was a tribute to his motherland and sacrificed and worked hard throughout the life.
