When we adapt a religion the first few questions that comes into the human mind is that “is there a God”, “where is he?”, “why can’t we see the creator?”. If we look in the history we can find that people of different backgrounds and history which were living in different parts of the world had an eager to find the creator and had a strong belief in God .They knew that there is an almighty who have the supreme, merciful and magnificent power who have created the universe and specially us. The almighty is ALLAH (SWT).Allah created the universe and the beings living inside it and to proof his existence he left different marks in the world that can only be observed if we look into the world deeply. In the Holy Quran Allah (SWT) clearly tells the people that if they want to find God then they should look into themselves.
If it is impossible a boat or anything else, then how is it possible for the world, in all its vastness, to move by itself?
The Holy Quran says: "By looking within you, you will find evidence of the presence and powers of God." There is much evidence that can prove the existence of God in the universe and that has weight in the matter. What are the following :
Fitrah: Fitrah is Arabic word which means pure innocence. Every child is born he is in the state of Fitrah and if he is left alone he will grow the awareness of the oneness of Allah but every child is effected by the environment he is living in and due to the pressure of the environment he loses his way. At the stage of Fitrah the child is not strong enough to make his own decisions so his parents make him follow their way which he can’t resist and soon he loses his way.
Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) says: “Every child is born in the state of Fitrah .It is his parent that makes him a Jew or a Christian or a pagan” Every human being has this feeling that deep inside there is a god which he is in need of every time. Whenever he is in trouble, calamity or problem he always turns towards his creator who has the supreme power. He seeks foe his help, guidance and hope from his creator which he eventually gets from him. If we look into the history we can find that every society placed people or figures to a higher position to seek help from him. Like in Christianity – Jesus, Hinduhism – Bhagwan and Muslims – Allah. So we can conclude that they believe in the supreme power of a single God. Islam is the religion of Fit rah and it is also mentioned in the Holy Quran.
The Holy Quran says: "Therefore, straighten your face for the obedience of Allah to someone who is dedicated to him, the established pattern of Allah upon which he created mankind, there is no change in the things created by Allah, it is the only correct religion. Most people know it.
The Holy Quran says that the right religion is the Fitrah of Allah. Islam is the deen-e-fitrah. All the teachings of Human nature and living is present in it by which he submits himself to the creator of the universe. When a child is born the fitrah is engraved on his soul. He is born with the concept of touheed within him but his belief is very week at that time so Allah sent messengers to guide the people the fundamentals of Islam.
Every religion believes that the God has the supreme authority and power. But all the other religions made corruption in their religion which effected their believe in god. As a Muslim we believe in the oneness of Allah and he is the creator of the universe because no one else can create such a beautiful design. When we try to prove the existence of god in respect of science it can actually be proven that there is a God who created the universe. For example The Big Bang theory notion can be taken and according to it millions of years ago a big blast took place and the universe started to expand and the stars and the planets came into being. After a lot of study some scientists started observing stars in the outer space and they observed that they were moving away from each other which means that they were expanding. If we trace their path back we can conclude them at a single point which creates a series of questions in human mind that where did this mass came from? Who created it? Was it created on its own? After thinking about it we can conclude that it neither did came from somewhere or created on its own but was created by someone. This proves the existence of Allah who is running the system of the universe and is in a complete balance like the rotation of the sun and the moon, day and night, rain and sunny weather etc. are in order. The Holy Quran says: “The Heaven and the Earth are the signs for the believers.”
Islam always teaches about a single God and advises his followers to worship only Allah and no one other than that but if we look into other religions we can see that they also teaches about a single God. For example in Christianity and Hinduism they both believe in multiple Gods with little difference but deep inside they also believe in the superiority of a single one and same is the case with all the other religions. If we look into the past we can know that ancient tribes also believed in a single God but with the passage of time their religion got corrupted and soon people started to believe in multiple Gods. If we make a comparison of all the religions we can see that the concepts of many prophets are common between them in different perspectives which tells us about the oneness of Allah and his messengers but these facts also created disbeliefs about the oneness of Allah and his messengers which created disbelievers among the people. The Holy Quran is the true book of Allah it only mentions of the creation of humans but also all the creatures that he has created that includes Jins and his Angels and all of his creatures worship him. But Humans are different from all of them because Allah gave humans the ability to think and talk unlike many of his creatures so we should thank Allah for this because this is a huge gift from Allah to his people.
He searched for God among Christians, on the Cross and there I found Him not present there .He said that he went into the ancient temples of Hindus; no trace of God was there. He entered the cave of Hira and then went as far as Qandhar but he did not find God. With set purpose he fared to the summit of Mount Caucasus and found there only anqa's habitation.
Then he directed his search to the Kaaba, the resort of old and young; God was not there even. Converting to philosophy he inquired about him from ibn Sina but found Him not within his range.H e fared then to the scene of the Prophet's experience of a great divine manifestation only a "two bow-lengths' distance from him" but God was not there even in that exalted court. Finally, He looked into his own heart and there he saw Him; He was nowhere else.” “I searched for God and found only myself. I searched for myself f and found only God”.
The greatest proof for the existence and Lordship of Allah, then, is discovered within the visceral experiences of the guts through that the believers notice comfort, inner-peace, ethical education, and that means in life — the non-secular fruits of true faith “Truly, it's within the remembrance of God that hearts notice peace.”
Strongest Argument: According to my point of view you can find God within your heart because Holy Quran tells us these Allah is near our heart. I will complete this thing with the help of Rumi’s saying that “You are looking for God. That is the problem. The God in you is the one who is looking.” Also “Silence is the language of God. All else is the poor translation.” So you can find out God within your heart, God is present we can’t see but we can feel. Just feel the air blowing, you will feel God. God is present everywhere in this universe only what we have to do is just to think about Him. As Allaj says in Quran …”Surely Allah is Ever-Determiner over everything….” So we should believe in God and His all sayings. This will be better for us.
