In today’s generation, the technology has a great influence to people especially to the young adult people, since they are the one who used it more frequently than the adult people that is why using technology and application like the different Social Media sites has a great influence to them. Social Media sites like Facebook and twitter has pros and cons too since it is an online world, some information may be true or not because it can be edited or tampered.

One of the disadvantages of it is spreading a false humor and sometimes it influences doing bad or good actions to its user, one of that is sharing an unnecessary event that should just be in private not shared in public that is why the only way to resolve it is to teach them an education or give some helpful information for them to minimize the error they can possibly do in their life and on of the necessary education to teach to the young now is about sex education since according to study, there are a lot of teenage pregnancy cases.

So, the only way to maximize it, to teach it in any good different way and give a great lesson that can help them to control and give importance to their own self. Sex education is a broad term used to describe education about human sexual anatomy, sexual reproduction, sexual intercourse, and other aspects of human sexual behavior. It helps people to gain knowledge, information, and skills to make healthy decisions about sex and sexuality. Sex education is very important because it gives tips and lessons to young adults for them to be aware about sexually transmitted infections, health risks of early pregnancy and how to prevent unwanted pregnancies. Sex is a very sensitive topic to be discussed by everyone, especially in home since the parents sometimes does not want their young children to be aware in the area of sexuality, because this is their way of protecting their child, avoiding it.

But, sometimes it cause to the children to commit mistake since some of the parents does not teach their child about what is bad or sensitive situations so that they can avoid it since the parents teach only to their child is good and bad actions that are appropriate to them only, not the all possibilities like sex since nowadays, young adult are using Social Media which is the Social Media has a lot of information that can influence them doing a bad actions. It is not only today’s generation because since then, there are a lot of cases that is related to the “sex” especially to women the teenage pregnancy.

So, the only way to have a solution for it is that the DEPED should have an action, we should have a Sex education since the Philippines is one of the countries who has a lot of teenage pregnancy cases. Sex is a natural part of life, that is why the sex education is really important to be inserted in a person’s life. the propose way is that to have a sex education because ignorance can be harmful to the high school because it is important for the them to acquire information, form attitudes, beliefs and values about identity, relationships and intimacy. Sex education also encompasses sexual development, affection, body image and gender roles. In other words, it is about learning how we grow, reproduce and change over the years. It also includes a positive view of sex and the safety involved on sexuality.

Sex education in high schools helps young people to be more prepared for life changes such as puberty, menopause and aging. Sex education can develop skills and self-esteem to help students enter adolescence. It helps them in knowing that the sudden few changes are okay and normal. Young people can also learn to appreciate and recognize their own sex: bodies just as good, beautiful and special as other God’s perfect creations. Moreover, it delivers confidence on them to value themselves and others. Sex education helps them understand the place of sexuality in human life and loving other people.
