One of the most important issues that have been talked about for centuries is equality. Dividing people based on their race, gender, sexual orientation and etc... has been seen from the beginning. In the early times of the United States, African Americans were treated as property and were sold as slaves, they had no right and were forced to be slaves. This division, moreover implied that there was inequality in how people have been treated over time. Equal treatment of all people, in any case, have been asked by numerous people. Race Equality movements are one of the foremost moves seen in history. Many countries are progressively recognizing and implementing discrimination measures in reaction to this. However, we use racial and racist oppression a lot in America, particularly to dark skin people which is a wrong thing happening and we should make a change. Racism around the world can terminate if the rate of global collaboration and interracial and intercultural communication continues to increase.

I believe at this point there is a horrible inequality and racial oppression in America which is like feeling pain. No one wants to suffer pain so people desire equality. According to Rothman Joshua, “it is self-evident that people are created equally”. However, some people like Donald Trump believe that people are not created equal because some people are born smart and beautiful and some people are not, but people are entitled to equal treatment in society. On the other hand, egalitarians like Dworkin and Waldron believe in the fundamentals of “deep equality” which means everyone is equal and no one is better than everyone else. For example: celebrities, presidents, heroes, and etc... are not better than others. People of color usually encounter racism like Ijeoma Olou who wrote So You Want to Talk about Race talks about the story of her life as a black woman race has had a large influence in her life. She says that in order to make any systematic change first we have to start making a change at the most intimate like person to person which means we should learn to talk about race. She writes that people of all races have to commit to having difficult and inconvenient conversations if we really want to manage racism and oppression in our society. She believes that we need to have more and better conversations about race in order to combat racial injustice. Oluo address numerous issues which affect people of color. For case, about intersectionality. Ladies confront different issues than men do. people of color struggle with numerous various issues than white people do. In any case, people of color do not confront the same issues fair since they're both dark. A person can have a crossing point of diverse things that influence them, from race to social lessons to sexual orientation. Each of these crossing categories has got to be inspected in considering how a specific person may be abused. She also writes about things like affirmative action, police brutality, and the school-to-prison pipeline. While people of color suffer inequality, white people don't even need to think about some of the issues that people of color experience almost daily. They can influence whether a child goes to college or if they're expelled for talking back in high school and end up in jail down the line. In my opinion, racism has caused many countries to be affected. In my experience as a Muslim when Arabic people blew up the Twin Tower in America, the racism and discrimination was pushed onto Muslims as well, and insulted as a terrorist.

According to Pew Research Center, most Americans try to achieve more racial equality in America and they are looking for some ways to achieve this effect. One of the effective ways for groups working to help African-Americans achieve equality to work directly with community members to solve problems in their communities, bringing people of different racial backgrounds together to discuss about race, working to get more African-American people elected to office, or unifying protest and rallies. However, some people discuss that racism is good in some ways like dividing people in categories of races Even considering a race as bad, it helps describing who they are.

As racism is happening for centuries, but still there is a chance to end it. I believe that racism is better be stopped. If it continues, it can break the unity of races. It may also lead to more savagery and violence inside the nations. Racism should be stopped because no race is superior to any other race. All races have equal opportunities as other races.
