Review of Passing of The Personality Test to Define My Personality

Throughout the personality test I knew that I have Consul Personality and four letters ESEJ-T which define my personality. Consul personality type people are very common who always care about their friends and teams by supporting and encouraging them toward success and reputation. This kind of people like to be together with friends by organising social activities and always try to make other people happy. On the time of their work they always keep things clear, stable and well organised for everyone which make them valuable and appreciated. By knowing all things about this personality, I think I have a good personality as from my mind I am 72% extraverted person because I like to be interacted with different people, know about them and make them friends.

To be more Extrovert by nature I can not hide anything from my friends and colleagues while engaging in activities and working because I like to do everything by sharing with friends. Energy traits shows that I am 68% Sensing/observant. I have ability to deal with realities, enjoy watching, touching, feeling and believe to get experience by doing. I can observe the people by their way of talking and body language, so it is good for me to deal with good person after knowing them. By nature, I have 67% feeling than thinking that is 33%. I am emotionally sensitive and easily effected by people’s behaviour because I use my heart than mind in every situation.

My tactics reflect that I am 56% judging person than prospective. I believe to make planning and structure of everything that I want to do and I always give priority to my duties and responsibilities than other things because I like clarification about work and do not choose options because of strong work integrity. At last my identity shows that how I am confident in my abilities and decisions. I am 57% Turbulent. Being self-aware and sensitive to stress I always worried about my past and future happenings and easily short my temper. According to my personality test my strengths are:

1. Strong practical skills: I have excellent practical skills because I enjoy doing work practically than theoretically to learn better and easily.
2. Good at interacting with people: This quality makes me different than other because I like to talk with different people and make them friends.
3. Sensitive and warm: I always worried about the people who belongs to me and never hurt other’s feeling which make others close to me.
4. Actual loyal: I never lie to anybody even they are friends, family, and society people because this thing makes me valuable in the eyes of others. According to my personality test my weaknesses are:
5. Worried about social status:  This is true that I always worried about my position in the society that what people think about me and how they treat me.
6. Too much needy: when my hard work goes ignored and I never got compliment about my work then I find unevaluable in front of other which effect myself.
7. Extra Extrovert:  I think I am enough extravert than introvert which sometime create problem for me to complete my personal tasks because I never hide anything from others.
8. Vulnerable to criticism: I become very self-justifying and upset if someone who close to me analyses my behaviours and opinions.

These are accurate and essential for development of career:  As I want to work as a customer services representative so my personality traits and strengths would be helpful for me to build up my career because on the basis of my personality traits I am able to take decision very quickly because of well planner and judging. I give priority to my work and friend which I think is the most valuable strength of mine. On other side, through out my personality test I knew that I have to overcome my weaknesses by doing those things which I am not able to do. I will try to be more confident, introvert and not rely on other. I have need to leave that what people think about me I think this is big weakness of me which always stopped me to go ahead in my life and in front of others because of this I always be confused while doing and thinking.
