You ever notice how much the media loves focusing on what celebrities think and do? It's like they're always in our face with it. But should we really care that much about their opinions and actions? Honestly, I think it's not that crucial because it can mess up both their private lives and ours.
First off, when we obsess over celebrities, it brings them a lot of unwanted attention. They try so hard to look perfect for the public eye. Everything they do is under a microscope – even small stuff like smiling or how they dress. Take Kristen Stewart, for example. Her relationship with Robert Pattison was all over the news just because of a picture of her kissing some director. It stressed Robert out big time. Even though it's really none of our business, public interference can wreck whatever they've worked hard to build.
Then there's us, right? A ton of young people waste so much time online keeping up with these celebrities. They visit silly gossip sites instead of studying or working. Plus, their behavior gets influenced by these famous folks. Kids start copying celebs' lifestyles and thoughts. Like how students change hairstyles and fashion to match Western stars. It might seem cool but doesn't really fit our cultural norms. So yeah, let's try not to let celebs run our lives.
Some folks argue that celebs are talented and successful, so we should pay attention and learn from them. But hold on a second – some got famous without real effort. Lance Armstrong is one famous cyclist who used drugs to win the Tour de France seven times! And then there are stars who aren't exactly role models either. Following bad examples leads people astray – arrogance, weird fashion sense, you name it. In short, celebs aren't always the best mirrors for us to follow.
So should we let our lives get tangled up in what celebrities say or do? That's up to each person, really. Whatever they say or do shouldn't take up too much of our time 'cause fame is just a symbol of talent, not goodness.
