Social Issues of The It Industry

As we all know that now a days IT industries are booming very much and rapidly growing day by day in these present days the utilization of information technology is high in level and in the same way the raising of problems are also getting to the peaks by knowingly and unknowingly by the people who are involved in this IT sector there are some of the social issues like cyber-crimes, misusing of social networking, racial profiling.

Getting to brief explanation as we are going to become a part of this highly dignified IT industry we have to feel responsible and we have to make sure we all are aware of this social issues which are affecting the IT industry moreover there are some social issues which are being continued from several years ago like sexual discrimination or gender discrimination which is faced by many of the women in IT industry now a days as well. As we are going to step up into a technical world but not into the rock stone world. We have to feel a bit pity because the technology is not for only some gender it is for everyone who is capable to explore more with technicalities. Basically this discrimination is continued because of most people who are involved in this technical industry they feel that it is fully loaded with burdens and stress so the women can’t handle it this is acceptable for some extent but not every time and in each and every aspects they have their own chance to show their capability.

As there is an another major problem which is green issues this happens because of massive production of it systems such as laptops and personal computers etc. , the usage of this products are increasing day by day this issue is also getting a fast growth in such a way that by utilizing this products there is a massive increase of gasses getting release into the nature this increases the e-wastes every year constantly being an it professionals we have to feel responsible by knowing regarding this issues we have to be aware as our part to reduce this issue before replacing to the brand new systems try to replace the part if something goes wrong in the system it may helps to reduce the green issue to some extent from our side.

So being an IT professionals we all has to feel a bit responsible to overcome all social issues in our IT industry and to become a part of over all development.
