Stand Up for What is Right and True even if You Stand Alone

In this world full of lies telling the truth will be that way to make things right. Why do people keep telling lies? What is wrong with saying the truth? Being in this world is challenging. Almost everything that surrounded us are all lies. Even in the government, if you say the truth you will come out guilty because they will hide the truth just to maintain their position and power. Why do people sacrifice the life of others just to get what they want? 'The truth will set you free' and 'Stand up for what is right even if you stand alone' is not in their vocabulary, but in the essay I will argument why honesty and truth is more imporatant than personal comfort and ego. 

Others hide their true self just to fit in the society. Some are telling lies just to receive the satisfaction that they want. White lies aren't true because there's no such thing as white lies. A lie will always be a lie no matter how shallow your reason is. Molding ourselves into a person who we think other want us to be is just an example of being a coward afraid to receive hates, disappointments etc. Being in lies creates suffering and frustrations pretending not to know anything even when you are aware of it is not good in life. Being in this situation is may be stressful but once you overcome it and live the way you want you will see how precious your life is.

'Know the truth and the truth will set you free' John 3:32

Always be honest even if others are not. Lying is not a good trait to develop because at the end of the day truth always comes out. No matter how much you try to hide it time will come that truth finds it's way. Lying so much can make people have a hard time believing in you. You will also lose some friends and sometimes you will lose yourself.

Always be honest even if it means standing alone. Being too honest can hurt someone's feelings but don't regret it because you are just telling the truth. You are not hurting someone, you are just saying what you see on them. It's okay if you lose some of your friends because it is just a sign that they are not your true friends and they do not deserve someone like you.

Karma. Karma will definitely get back to those who always tell lies. Karma is a bad enemy because it will get back to you more than what you do. You will live in guilt and your conscience will always scare you. And you wouldn't fee the feeling of being free from problems.

Conclusion

In life, honesty is one of the best attitude a person can have. If you lose some friends just by being honest well they are not your true friends. Always speak up and be honest because people can appreciate you. In a relationship, the key for a long-lasting relationship is honesty because people don't like to be lied. Not being honest to your partner, loved ones and friends is just like you don't trust them, you don't have a strong feeling towards that person because when you loved someone you will tell them everything. Stand up for what is right, always be honest and be true yourself because in that you can have a better life ahead.
