Internet revolution is a field that is grouped with economy and class. Analysis have shown that revolution in the internet field has not only made communication easy but also research work very effective. In the communication sector, the internet is regularly hailed as a delivering tool. No matter who you are or the country you live in, your voice can be amplified and be heard all around the world due to the continuous internet revolution. In a lay man’s language, it is said that the internet revolution has made the world appear like a small village, whereby one can spot the proceeding of various activities miles away. However, this revolution may not be considered 100% effective as there are various people left out in it due to various circumstances.

John Bohannon(1977.p.78) under profound research expounds that the state of poverty and aloofness can hinder people from getting to know of any upgrade in the internet field. In addition he says that belonging toa certain politicallyside-linedcrowd can lead to poorer access of the internet. Ethnic and religious subgroups which are exempted from their country's political progression may also be systematically excluded from the global internet. For instance, a study has shown that Yi group of China and Venda of South Africa; which are religious groups in their countries, are only 1% connected to the internet. In comparison, the Xhosa of South Africa have 15% connection to interne. This difference is caused by the poverty level.

Nils Weidmann who is a political scientists, argues that protest movements in most countries are denied access to the internet. In doing this, members of these movements are unable to collect information from the packets rocketing through the servers. Perhaps all they need is a few people with internet access to acquire about a certaincriticism. Therefore, the next step they take is to try out the impact of the internet findings using natural experiments on the active government in their countries. In states like California, social classes determine the percentage of internet connection of individuals. Connection to the internet of the upper class is far much advanced compared to the middle and lower classes.

Further research by Heesun Wee (1995.p 353), shows that robots, although improved technological devices, highly contribute to a lag behind by some people in the internet revolution sector. Economic growth for instance in America, remains to be concentrated at the tippy top where only high class level dominate. This has highly been facilitated by the introduction of robotswhich outdo the skilled human labour leading to unemployment. Since 1995-2013 increase in robot application has led to a decrease in the percentage of people going round looking for job opportunities. As a result this suggests that more Americans are getting disheartened and disappearing permanently from the workforce which brings in the stagnation of the economy.

Despite having a higher speed, robots cause increased challenge of calling formore people being trained on how to operate them. This automation switch from human labour to robotic labour will require college-educated electrical and mechanical engineers. In return these experts will ask for higher wages. Besides, some tasks still need that natural human touch, as well as decision making which cannot be left out for the robot to take charge. For instance, a healthcare worker assisting an aging patient physical appearance is a no doubt requirement.

In the developing countries, the general development of infrastructure has led to little or no internet connectivity at all. Rural areas in these countries have no electricity access such that it becomes a hurdle to fix internet devices. In these areas access to formal education is also challenging, therefore use of computers and other internet connected service is not possible. Lagging behind in the online platform by the staff members can also be facilitated by managers and institution directors who never present the companies information in the internet. Failure to use the XBRL, which is a uniquefeature for reporting financial information on the Internet about the proceedings of the company.

In addition, low income levels in developing countries has had a deleterious impact on the internet access. Most people in these republics most especially, those that have settled in the rural areas live a hand-to-mouth kind of life. This is a situation where the wage that one earns is meant for that day leaving little or no for the following day’s use. In this, a person gets no money to cater for other things like the internet since all is spent on basic requirements. The kind of work these people engage in is mostly tiresome and more so involves a lot of physical output. Putting this into consideration, at the end of the day resting is the only option left for him or her. Therefore, no free time is left for acquiring information about the internet and how it is evolving day in day out.

Education level in America is a factor that determines the percentage of internet connection. Despite all households having computers, homes of less-educated citizens view them as a form of luxury where children can entertain themselves by playing games after school. Unlike in the homesteads of the adversely educated citizen who have internet connection in their computers and use it as a commercial basement as well as a research centre for both the parents and the children. Age difference of people in the society also creates a great difference on the tendency to use computers and internet. A geographical area that is densely populated with the younger people has a very high level of internet access, in comparison with an area with the aged people.

As a result of the negative stereotype among parents and guardians of their children acquiring immoral knowledge from the internet, great restriction has been laid. This leads to children lagging behind on issues concerning the internet. Still on this most children brought up in a single-parented family lag behind on issues concerning internet. This maybe as a result of the financial crisis in the family owing to the fact that the children only lean on one parent for providence. Less attention may be driven to the luxury of computer and internet base provide the basic needs are met.

The U.S Department of commerce under a research conducted in 2000, shows that the disabled especially, the visually impaired and those who have problems working with the computer peripherals have little or no access to the internet world. However, President Clinton offed 1.6 million to help modify the technological equipment in order to accommodate citizens of all kind. In terms of gender basis, females show less interest in issues concerning internet and its revolution. As a result of 2001 U.S. findings 63% of men access the internet compared to 33% of women. For some women for example the Muslims, based on religious grounds they should not expose themselves to technological advisements like cameras. This discourages their concern to the internet.

To sum up, for internet revolution to be measured fully effective all kinds of groups should be put into consideration. For a successful future internet usage practise of its using should highly be encouraged in primary school levels. To an added advantage countries should try setting up as many cybercafés at lower charges so as to create an open ground for those without personal computers. For developing countries, improving infrastructure falls as the key challenge which can in return help curb the low percentage levels of internet access.
