Video Streaming

Amazon Prime comes with a huge selection of video streaming options. You have the option to buy or rent movies and TV shows but there are also thousands of movies and TV shows free with Prime.

You need to pay for Netflix but when you sign up for Amazon Prime Member, the Amazon Prime video library you don’t need it anymore. Your kids love to watch Daniel Tiger, Finding Dory, and other great content at no additional cost. Not to mention.

Reading

If movies and music aren’t your things, check out the Prime Reading library. Don’t have a kindle? No problem. Download the Amazon Kindle app onto your phone or tablet and read on the device of your choice. Again, there is a large library of content that includes books, magazines and audible narration. There are some great children’s books in the library as well.

Get early access to Lightning Deals.

Amazon offers limited-time “Lightning Deals” to shoppers every day, but Amazon Prime members can access them 30 minutes before everyone else. You can take advantage of the extra 30 minutes by looking for upcoming deals, and select the “Watch This Deal” option. If you do it in the Amazon App, you’ll get a push notification when the deal goes live, so you can snag the item before it’s available to non-Prime shoppers.

Now you can get an Amazon Dash Button for all of the thing things you regularly use around your house. It connects via WiFi and Bluetooth to your phone and when you press the Dash Button Amazon automatically reorders the product associated with it. Grabbing the last roll of paper towels off the shelf? No problem, press your dash button and you’ll receive your next supply of paper towels at your doorstep two days later.
